Lovely time with family in the Smokys

Beautiful home with all the amenities one needs. Gorgeous porch and views. Just a wonderful place to retreat to after hikes and the hustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Long and winding trek of a drive up and back however. Loved it!

Incredible views & cozy home!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as described. Amenities were great. Clean home and cozy with the fireplace as we stayed in early January. The drive up the hill is long but worth it as the views are incredible!

A Beautiful Property

A really beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. My family and I had a great time here during a long weekend. Very peaceful, and the views are terrific. The location is also excellent--a short and easy drive to the national park.

Raven’s Roost

Cabin was clean, beautiful view, close to welcome center and Gatlinburg. Saw bears from the deck and spent most of our time on the deck. Highly recommend.

What A Wow Factor

We had a fantastic time!! Cabin was breathtaking and the views were out of this world. Already recommending Evolve Cabin Rentals to my friends. Linda, our host, was awesome too!! Will definitely recommend to all I know!!

wonderful cabin

This cabin was just as wonderful as pictured and described. The kids loved the game room and bunk beds! Everyone loved the outside firepit and beautiful view! The drive to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge was quick and easy (as long as you're comfortable with switchbacks!!) The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals and the beds were super comfortable!

Peaceful

The property is nestled in the hills of the Smokey’s, It’s relaxing and peaceful. I love that you can open the patio door from the bedrooms or living area and enjoy a beautiful sunrise and sunset. It has great amenities, but you do need to bring toiletries if you’re staying there longer than a few days. The only issue I had was the downstairs bathtub did not drain properly.

Smoky Mountain high

Raven's Roost has to be one of the best vacation rentals in Gatlinburg. From the moment of our arrival for a lovely Christmas weekend we were enthralled with its beauty inside and out, not to mention the fantastic, always-on view of the Smokies and beyond from its two-level decks. From check-in to check-out, the property company and manager were most helpful and responsive with any and every detail, and we greatly appreciate everything about our stay. Everything we needed was there and we felt at home, comfortable and cozy from start to finish in beautiful Raven's Roost.

Outstanding

This home is outstanding! We have stayed in many homes while traveling and this home was by far one of the best. The owners have gone above and beyond to make visitors comfortable. The attention to detail from the fixtures, the decor, the kitchen supplies and the beds/bedding was very much appreciated. We truly felt as if we were at home rather than a vacation home with the barest of necessities. Thanks again for sharing Raven’s Roost with our family.

Lovely home with homey feeling and beautifully decorated

We enjoyed the home very much. It was very beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could ask for including a well stocked kitchen with many condiments and appliances and everything one could ask for. Beautiful view and great outdoor space. The only negative was the drive to the property with narrow streets and many curves, a little nerve wracking. Other than that the home is perfect.

Amazing Property In The Mountains

From the moment we walked in, our amazing two-day get-away began. The home has outstanding décor, kitchen was well equipped and the deck had the most incredible views. Most of us spent the majority of our time on the deck enjoying every meal with the view of the Smokey Mountains. If we could give this property more stars, we would. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they provided shirts and coffee cups as gifts to remember this delightful experience. The last mile to get to this location is quite steep but totally worth it. Look no further for the best VROB rental in the area--this is it. I

Upon entering the cabin. We were impressed with the tastefully decorated rooms The rooms were so cozy and inviting. the cabin was very clean.

The well-equipped kitchen was more than we could have expected. We had all the conveniences of home and more. The proximity of the cabin to all attractions. Which made it nice, to go out, for the day and be back timely, to enjoy a restful sunset out on the porch. There is plenty of space to have some quit time "me" time The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room. The cabin was everything and more as described. everyone on the team was very helpful with our needs. Yes, we did see Bears. Now I know why the trash was locked up. Looking forward to going back.

Great location!

Easy up and down the mountain to the parkway or enjoy the drive of a windy road and go the back way into downtown Gatlinburg (ended up right by the aquarium). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. Enjoyed the views and even saw a few bears come out of the woods onto the street below the deck. Note...ready binder when you arrive. Firepit was out of propane and I reached out to owner who informed me there were extras and the welcome binder had the information. Had I read it, I wouldn't have had to both Ms. Trish.

Nice clean cabin

Cabin was nice and clean. Gas tank was empty at fire pit and batteries went dead in front door lock when we arrived. Took them all day before coming to address those issues. The pillows were terrible. Didn’t sleep well any of the nights we were there. Not a negative on this cabin but…The house next door is under construction so you walk out the front door to see a nice port a potty and dumpster with trash everywhere. Overall we had a nice stay but there is room for improvement.

Wonderful home with lots of bears

The home was as advertised - very nice, clean, modern amenities with a rustic feel. Nice views from top of mountains and had the pleasure of seeing bears two times incl a mom with her 3 cubs the last time. Takes a bit of time to get off mountain going either direction but well worth it for the location. Communication with the owner was perfect and she was very welcoming. My only complaint relates to the people with Evolve that handled the booking - communication was very difficult and took weeks (seriously) and multiple attempts to get a response. Thankfully the owner handled all communications starting with arrival and during our stay.

Gorgeous cabin!!

My family and I had the most wonderful time at this gorgeous cabin; I am beyond grateful to have found such an incredible gem!!! The cabin was incredibly clean, well stocked, and beyond cozy! Every morning, we would watch the beautiful sunrise with our coffee. We have 5 kids, so we would venture out during the day, and would then be happy to return to the beautiful cabin. The kids had a blast with the air hockey table and the arcade game. My husband and I spent a lot of time on the deck, taking in the amazing views with the outside fireplace on. We also got to see a lot of bears and cubs—it was amazing and our kids were thrilled. I cannot forget to mention that the owner was super quick to respond and was so kind. Do not forget to read the manual—it tells you everything you need to know. Thank you so much for the best stay ever; we cannot wait to be back!!!

Amazing Property!!

This was one of the most well stocked cabins I have ever stayed at. We will definitely stay there again! It was in a great location and while the roads are curvy we had no problem coming and going.

Christmas retreat with family

This cabin is very clean inside and had everything we needed. I struggled with giving it a 4 star rating though and might have given 3.5 stars. There were several things. First, the way up the mountain is a very narrow, winding road. Probably best to travel up & down during daylight. Second, the structure is made of wood, which creaks with every step, doors creak and you can hear every sound inside the house for all you light sleepers. Third, because your on a mountain there are rules with the garbage disposal, washing machine and toilets. Lastley, there was garbage all over the place outside. Maybe due to bears but some looked like it had been there for quite a while. On a positive note, the cabin is in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with easy access to all the fun. Great hiking trails! We had a wonderful time with 4 generations of girls. There were 6 of us with more then enough room. The views are magnificent off the balconies with everything you'll need for relaxing.

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful stay during Thanksgiving weekend. The house is beautiful and so well appointed! The furnishings are comfortable and homey. The living space and kitchen are open making for a great family cooking and relaxing experience. The views from the porches are incredible and we even saw a bear taking a late afternoon stroll. We would definitely rent this home again.
