What a secluded and peaceful cabin getaway! We had everything we needed and the property is very quiet and beautiful! We enjoyed hanging out by the stream!

We had the pleasure of staying at the property last week and it was beautiful!! The cabin is so nice and is well stocked especially the kitchen. It had everything we needed to grill out and cook while we were there. We spent our time visiting the breweries and waterfalls in the area. It was such a great getaway! Clean and Comfortable

Spent the weekend for my 40th birthday. My family of four along with my parents had plenty of room to space out and sleep comfortably. Everything, including the hot tub was spotless. The host made themselves available to any questions I had. Great stay!

Family Tree House Vacation

Lovely mountain home with easy trips into Cashiers and Highlands. Good fit for our family that ranged from less than 2 years of age to 64 The wildlife was entertaining, i.e. momma black bear and cubs. I would definitely go for a return visit in the fall.

Lovely tree house in the woods

Great house in the Sapphire Valley woods with easy access to all the sights and nearby towns. The only uncomfortable aspect is the circular stairway to the lowest level. The hot tub is delightful and Sara, the owner, is wonderful and determined to have guests truly enjoy the house.

We visit Sapphire/Cashiers every year, and this rental was by far one of the best we’ve stayed in. All of the modern touches and amenities were great. Felt like home away from home. The owners clearly take pride in the house and even reached out directly to welcome us and make us feel at home. We will definitely look for this rental for next year’s mountain trip. Beautiful stay

We had a great time on our girls' weekend hiking, shopping, cooking, and spending time together at this beautiful cabin. The outdoor area was great, especially the hot tub. Please note: To access the downstairs bedroom there is a very narrow staircase, which required me to take my suitcase through the house to the outside patio stairs to get it down through the bedroom's outside door. If you are a light packer, this won't apply to you!

It was great! We will be back

We had a fantastic time. Your house is so cute. So relaxing normally on vacation we are on the go all day long so it was nice for a change not to feel stressed about getting to everything. We didn’t get a chance to go to the resort, but we will definitely check it out next time. The kids had a great time at the playground in cashiers and the toy store.😂 we’ll definitely be booking again! We look forward to coming again!

We did not want to leave!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful cabin March 3rd- 5th and it was AAAHHHH-mazing! So relaxing and breathtaking views and starry skies! Venus and Jupiter aligned straight through the trees in perfect view from the couch and the hot tub! Beautifully equipped, very comfy beds, lots of pillows, art, books and games. Lots to do close by including gem mining, golf, lots of pubs and restaurants, hikes for all levels of hikers… can’t say enough about the area! I’m not at all ashamed to say we didn’t leave the property except to buy eggs once! It’s that’s interesting!

Great for any interest

I loved that this is the house that we chose to have a small family gathering. We had 3 couples. Each having their own private sleeping and personal area. This house is fully stocked with any need. We brown got our food and was able to cook great easy meals. Kitchen and living space is open and set to talk, cook, and play games while all in same area. We loved sitting outside for both private time your as a group. Hot tub was a perfect added treat. So many day trips and shopping nearby. Look forward to returning.

The best of the best at The Treehouse

We spent a long weekend with friends at the Treehouse. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best but the accommodations and the host made it an amazing trip. The host was quick to send us a list of alternative activities for us to enjoy during the inclement weather. The house itself is so neat! It is nestled in the trees, along the creek, and is very clean and well stocked! Any questions we had were quickly answered by the host. We would definitely return to this home in the future. Lovely stay

We are retirees and were looking for a quick getaway to the mountains. This home was lovely and the owner was very helpful. Made us feel very welcome! There are many stairs in the home due to the 3 levels, and the one leading to the lower level is a spiral staircase, but you can also access the lower level from the back deck. We stayed mostly on the main level so it wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was well stocked with newer appliances. My husband enjoyed grilling on the covered deck. And I enjoyed visiting the shops in nearby Cashiers. Brevard is about a 35 minutes drive away, and Highlands is about 40 minutes if you’re looking to explore the area. If not, Sapphire Valley has some good restaurants nearby and we even played a round of golf! Would recommend and would stay again.

Great getaway

I had read all of the reviews before choosing this one, and all I can say is they were on point! The Treehouse lived up to all of the hype, and more. Loved the little extra touches, like charging stations in the lamps and the different coffee options. The house had a regular drip coffee machine, a French press, a hot water kettle and a cool pour over funnel. Even had some coffee filters there for us to use. And there was an original Nespresso machine which we didn't use, but good for those who do! We loved the mountain view, and the fall leaves were starting to turn and were gorgeous. Resort amenities were part of the stay, all we had to do was go to the Community center and give the ID# (provided by the host/owner) and we were able to get passes for $2 a day. Not bad! Overall and excellent experience. We would definitely return!

Great relaxing getaway

We had an amazing time at the treehouse. My boyfriend and I, along with 2 other couples stayed here. It was a much needed break for all of us. The cabin is fully furnished with anything and everything you could need. We cooked every meal for 5 days. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, plates, spices etc. there wasn’t a shortage of anything. While we didn’t have kids with us, As a parent I appreciated the safety gate at the top of the spiral staircase. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of linens. We took the downstairs bedroom. Definitely the best choice in my opinion. The showers had great water pressure!! We enjoyed having a bonfire outside, there was plenty of wood to scavenge for and sat in the jacuzzi a few nights. Don’t forget to enjoy a cup of coffee by the creek. It is so peaceful 🧘‍♀️ We took advantage of the sapphire valley ski area and hiked rainbow falls. Both were great fun! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

Cannot recommend without some work being done

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental experience was disappointing. All concerns were shared with TurnKey - the management company. They were the biggest part of the issue. Volume of stairs and narrow spiral staircase to the bottom floor needs to be clearer for older renters. Porches and decks were covered in debris upon arrival. Asked to be addressed but only cleaned off front section. Mouse droppings found in pots, probably due to the inability to shut the back sliding glass door properly and with much effort. keypad lock on front door did not work properly. Had to try more than 10 times initially to get in. Waited outside for 45 minutes one chilly evening, trying to get in when TurnKey finally gave us the option of an external key that worked easily. Asked for late check out and wanted to charge $40 for 2 extra hours, even after the multitude of issues we had with the rental. Also told we could only have 4 cars, requiring carpool, when there was clearly plenty of room for 5. Turnkey could have made this a much better experience if more responsive and late check out fee waived for our troubles.
