***From September 9th, 2025, to March 15th, 2026, the Building will undergo a fall/winter project. This will include: construction noise daily from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Dust from the construction project will exist in the work areas. Both your custodian team and Phoenix Coatings will work to keep the areas as clean as possible. While walkways will be accessible, construction teams will work in the walkways throughout the project.
Walking and driving paths will be modified during the project to ensure the safety of owners, guests, and workers. Swing stages will be used on all four sides of the building based on the areas being worked on throughout the project. Some landscaping on the south side of the drive-up will be relocated during the project. Pruning will be necessary for some landscaping on the south side of the building. The far east side of the parking lot will be blocked off and used for staging and material laydown. Dates subject to change. ***
The Beach Club A-706 is a stylish and fun-filled 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo with jaw-dropping Gulf-front views from the 7th floor of the Avalon tower.

âą Whip up meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen featuring sleek stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The dining table seats six, and there are four barstools at the counter for snacks or casual bites.
âą A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unitâno hauling beach towels anywhere!
âą The living room has a comfy sofa sleeper for extra guests or a movie night lounge spot.
âą The primary bedroom is a dream with a plush king-size bed.
âą The second bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed.
âą The third bedroom also features a queen-sized bed.
**There is a $46/day/unit fee (up to $238 for 7 days) to use the clubhouse amenities (payable directly to the Beach Club). Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple.
âą Clubhouse fee amenities include Beach-front Community Pool (Including a bar/grill plus entertainment for the kids in the summer season), Complimentary Morning Coffee, Fitness Center, Indoor Pool, Onsite Arcade, Sauna, Snack Bar, Spa (additional per service fees will apply), Steam Room, Tennis Courts, Towel Service. **Without the purchase of clubhouse use, guests still have access to the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks.

âą Parking passes are $42.00/each, plus tax. Visitor passes can be issued for $7.00/per day for non-renting guests to use the spa and visit the shops and restaurants. Two parking passes are automatically applied to reservations. If you have a different number of vehicles, notify the office to use the correct number of parking passes for the reservation. Registration information will be needed for each vehicle before it is allowed on the property.

You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.
So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
