The Lemon Tree House - 5 Bedroom, 6 Bath Oceanfront Villa on Beautiful Tar Bay!

The Lemon Tree House is perfectly situated between the Exuma International Airport and Great Exuma’s capital city of Georgetown. You will catch glimpses of the legendary turquoise waters of Exuma as you make the short drive to the villa. Pull in through the landscaped private drive, enter the villa and melt into vacation mode as you gaze upon the blue waters through the Great Room’s wall of glass panel doors and windows.

The villa was designed for entertaining, inside and out. The open concept Great Room features 32’ vaulted ceilings with whitewashed rafters and two generous seating areas offering plenty of room to accommodate a family movie on the 65” LED TV, family games night, or a dance party with the SONOS sound system delivering the soundtrack from the in-ceiling speaker system. The chef – whether that is you or a private chef hired to cook for your group - will be part of the action, with the gourmet kitchen alongside the sitting areas and indoor dining table to provide easy and seamless flow. Step outside the Great Room and you are up close and personal with the star of the show – the legendary turquoise waters of Exuma. Recline in a sun lounger or day bed, splash in the heated infinity pool or pull up a stool at the BBQ bar as you soak in the panoramic ocean views. The ocean is just a few steps down from the patio – the white sand is perfect for swimming or a paddle, or perhaps an evening stroll to take in the shimmering stars of the carribean night sky.

No fighting over the “primary suite” at the Lemon Tree House, as each of the five bedrooms is spacious and luxuriously appointed, with its own private ensuite bathroom. Whether it is the seclusion of the pool cottage, the striking views of the oceanside rooms or the supersized garden-side rooms, each room has its special charm. If your group includes children, they are certain to select the bunk bed room, with lots of room to play or to gather for a movie on the 55” TV or video games on the PS4 gaming console!
