After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share a few insights:- To accommodate your early check-in request, some last-minute quality checks were adjusted, which unfortunately led to a few items being missed, such as bird droppings on the deck. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding.- The low water pressure issue was unexpected, especially after a recent plumbing service. We immediately sent someone to investigate and ensure it wouldn’t affect future guests.- We were also surprised by the hot water issue and, since it couldn’t be resolved right away, offered nearby cabins for shower access.
