THE HOME
Welcome to Wait 'N' Sea - the perfect coastal escape for families and friends looking to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories. This beautiful, light-filled home comfortably sleeps up to nine guests across four spacious bedrooms and offers all the modern comforts you need for a carefree getaway. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the fresh sea breeze, the warmth of natural light, and the ease of open-plan living that invites you to unwind.

Set just minutes from beautiful beaches, world-class golf courses, and local shops, this thoughtfully designed home is ideal for adventure and relaxation. Inside, you’ll find two inviting lounge rooms with TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, and a welcoming dining space that flows effortlessly out to a sun-drenched patio. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy a glass of wine outdoors, or stretch out with a book while the kids explore the toybox, play games, or challenge each other to a ping-pong match.

The home is wonderfully set up for families, with a secure fenced yard and all the essentials for little ones, including a cot, highchair, and change table. Every detail has been considered to ensure a seamless stay with two modern bathrooms, a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, fast WiFi, and a double garage.

Whether you’re soaking up the coastal charm, heading to the beach for a swim, enjoying a round of golf, or simply spending quality time together in the comfort of this serene home, Wait 'N' Sea is your go-to holiday haven.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps 9 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Tri bunk beds
Bedroom 4: 2 x Single beds

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath, and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

Please remember to bring linen for the baby cot if you're using it.

** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
