Looking for the ideal getaway for two families? Our beautifully renovated home offers plenty of space and everything you need to feel right at home. With ample room for relaxation and fun, everyone â both kids and adults â can enjoy their time together or retreat to their own space.

Weâve included a noise monitor within the property to ensure our Quiet Hours (10 PM - 7 AM) are respected. The device only monitors noise levels, not recordings, ensuring a peaceful environment for all.
Important Information:
We are committed to protecting our property and guests, which is why weâve partnered with TRUVI, the leading vacation rental guest screening provider.
Prior to staying you will be required to fill out a form. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest, as well as choosing between a security deposit/waiver. If the security deposit is chosen a small non-refundable administration fee is charged.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 9PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside, or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking/vaping takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
Lastly, all bookings require a check-in form completed before arrival. You must agree to our terms & conditions, upload a photo ID & selfie of the primary guest. All non-Airbnb guests must choose a waiver/security deposit (security deposits incur a non-refundable admin fee) with our partner TRUVI.
