This was a great place to stay. It was close to our adult children that live in Asheville. It was also close to restaurants and grocery stores.
The townhouse was very clean and all amenities were included. We would stay here again.
My friend and I stayed at this property while our kids were at Lutheridge Camp. It was close to a lot of places, and we enjoyed a full week of activities.
Property is in a quiet neighborhood, close to all the Asheville things. Property is in really good shape, we had no issues with anything. Enjoyed the hot tub, and cooked several meals in the house. We would absolutely stay here again.
This townhouse was amazing! It was perfect for myself and my 4 daughters. Hot tub was so warm while it was snowing outside. It is updated and cute as well and tons of extras like coffee filters, paper towels, dishwashing tabs, and detergent pods! I would definitely stay again
The property was great. It had two floors so the kids took downstairs and adults upstairs. Everyone had their own space and was comfortable. I was able to bake and make a Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. We loved the area because it felt like you were in the middle of the woods but you werenât. Very close to all of the things we wanted to do and experience.
We had a fantastic stay in this adorable duplex. We had plenty of space. The hot tub was great. There were plenty of basic supplies included that lasted the whole week. If you plan on cooking throw in a pot holder but that is the only thing we wished we had. We would definitely stay here again!
Very clean and spacious unit. I didn't realize from the listing that the bedrooms are on different floors. Worked fine for us but I was tired of the steep stairs after a few days.
This was a great place for our family to stay as we explored the Asheville area. It was quiet, extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty minimally stocked, which was totally fine because we enjoyed eating at nearby restaurants. The only things we massed were trays or something for ice since there wasnât an ice maker and a blender to make our morning smoothies. Other than those minor inconveniences, it was a perfect stay. We just wish we could have stayed longer.
We stayed here a couple of nights as a leg on a longer trip. It was clean, in a secluded area, and check-in was effortless. Close to many great restaurants, too! Great price, comfy beds, and lots of space.
Note: This is not advertised as a kid-friendly property (and it is definitely on us for not reading and understanding that before booking). I rated the property for its intended renters. We have small kids and the stairs made this stay difficult, but again, that was on us for not realizing.
Providing a gate for the stairs is our main suggestion. That might be helpful for more guests than just those with kids.
The condo was very simple and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub water was cloudy and the level of water was low, so looked as if it was past due for draining/refilling. We did not use it. The manager offered to send a technician, but I declined, since I knew the problem would not likely be solved before we had to check out.
A nice, quiet neighborhood but close enough to town where you didn't feel completely isolated. The only suggestion I have would be carpeting the stairs or doing some sort of fabric draping that would absorb some of sound carrying throughout the house. Other than that (which was a minor issue), the place was clean and well cared for.
Overall, very pleased with the property. Beds were very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. If I was to get nitpicky...bathroom downstairs smells a bit of mildew (not bad) and hand towel rack in upstairs bathroom was broken.
We had a great mother daughter getaway in this house. It was a good location for us as we wanted to hike in places quite south of Asheville and we were still close enough to reach downtown easily. We also really enjoyed the hot tub!
