Great location!

If you want to be at the heart of the main historic district of Madrid this is the place to be! Literally only a few short blocks away from Metro, taxis, Plaza Mayor, Sol and tons of restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive and getting access to the unit was easy.

Bring your ear plugs

This space is in an amazing location and has everything you need. However we were woken up each night and right through into the morning with people talking loudly directly outside. We figured out that there is a nightclub under us. Maybe a secret one because during the day there was no sign of it. The morning we flew out, we had to leave early in the morning and were able to see the bouncer/security and all the people coming and going. There was a low base sound too - like a washing machine in a heavy cycle. Otherwise, everything was fine with the place.
