Come and soak up the sun in our tropical oasis canal home with a private heated pool (86°) and peaceful backyard overlooking the water. Enjoy yourself sunbathing, swimming or unwinding in the jacuzzi (3 persons). Sip a cocktail while discovering local wildlife like flying fish or iguanas. Enjoy kayaking or paddleboarding on Florida's canal system or fish off your private dock. You are centrally located in Fort Lauderdale, close to I-95, never more than 15 minutes from everywhere you want to be!

It is best to rent a car as there are no restaurants or stores in walking distance
PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING
Guest agrees to all House Rules and to sign a Guest release and waiver agreement.
1. Number one rule is to HAVE A GREAT TIME while respecting our property!
2. Must be 25 years old to book. No third party booking.
3. Agree to provide a copy of government issued photo ID for every guest older than 18 (no obscured areas) and email address upon booking.
4. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. All guests must be declared on the reservation (full name and current address). 100$/night/unregistered overnight guest and could lead to termination of the reservation.
5. Check-in 3PM, check-out 11AM. After 30min, if not agreed in advance, a late departure fee of 50$/30min will apply.
6. Quiet time 10pm-7am.
7. No pets allowed (cats or dogs); our cleaning lady is highly allergic. A deep cleaning fee of $500 will apply. To those with Service Animal, please be considerate to our cleaning lady and honor our no pet policy.
8. Non-smoking no where on the property inside or outside (including vaping and marijuana). A deep cleaning fee of $500 will apply.
9. AC must stay on at all times .
10. Please clean dishes and BBQ upon checkout or extra cleaning fee will apply.
11. To avoid a plumbing problem; please only flush toilet paper.
12. No parties, events, large gatherings.
13. No firearms or illegal activities are allowed on the property.
14. Exterior security cameras and exterior/interior noise monitoring devices are in use. No covering or tampering with the security devices. There are No cameras or recording device inside the home.
15. Guests shall allow access to the property for purposes of landscaping, pest services and pool, hot tub maintenance which occur on a scheduled basis. Owner or representatives may enter the house at any time if guest have a complaint about any aspect of the property or in case of emergency or if the guest is in violation with the House Rules.
16. We do regular pest control treatment, but on rare occasion, you may encounter a bug since this is Florida! This is not a reason for a refund.
17. Please report in a timely manner any problems, accidental damages or something malfunctioning so it can be rectified.
18. An additional security deposit of $500 is agreed to at time of booking and will be claimed if guest violates any of the House Rules, cause damages or if excessive cleaning is required or for missing/broken items. It will be returned promptly if everything is left as it was found.
19. Any House Rules violation will be ground for immediate termination of the reservation and guests will be required to vacate the property without refund.
20. As a Guest, you are responsible for leaving the property in the condition it was when you arrived.

I am French Canadian and my husband is American. We live on a lake in Quebec city, Canada. We are big fans of watersports and we love riding our Harley Davidson motorcycles. In our spare time we love to travel the world for fun and adventure and enjoy meeting new people. We LOVE Florida and have a lot of family and friends down there and we try to come as often as we can. This is our house when we visit.
When we are not out adventuring, we are committed to working hard on our Real Estate business and really enjoy it. Together, we self-manage and care for our STR. We are delighted to make your stay with us exceed your expectations and donât want to reveal all those little touches and surprises that will make your experience special. We have tried to think of everything that will make your vacation a memorable one.
