Nice property

A few minor problems such as no remote to tv and couch recliner wouldn’t go in but overall nice property and would stay there again.

Needs work

The house itself was nice enough with relatively modern furniture. There's a TV in every room and there's a good amount of storage in the refrigerators and pantry. Kitchen is stocked with essential cookware. Check in process was confusing because it was unclear what they were asking for. Some professionalism goes a long a way over a text message. There were also discrepancies over the VRBO posting versus the information management gives you like check in/out times and how to enter the property. Sink drains slowly even with garbage disposal running. Refrigerator does not dispense ice or water. Paid a nonrefundable "pool heat fee" in order to use the hot tub. I asked for instructions on how to use it and there was no response from management. Likely to not rent from this management group again.

Filthy disgusting house

Filthy and dirty house ,it wasn't clean before we came the kitchen's floor was full of sand and dirt which made me swept it by myself because the kids walked with barefeet but the most disgusting thing is the cockroaches ,the house is filled with them, especially the kitchen cabinets and the countertop. I complained but nobody cared .The kitchen had one spoon and 3 scratched , old disgusting pots.The other thing is that we were supposed to get the garage to park our second car as we received on the confirmation letter but we didn't there was also a car in there so we struggle at night to park on the street.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Where do I even begin??? This entire process was a nightmare from the very beginning. My family and I traveled from 9 hours away on vacation. When we arrived at check in the code that we were given in our check in email didn’t work. We contacted Jose which I assume is the owner and he said he changed it for whatever reason.. ok no biggie he gave us the new code and we entered only to find a dirty house. The beds looked as if someone had just gotten out of them, the recliners were out and empty water bottles and trash was everywhere. The bathroom trash cans were overflowing and the house was a mess! Jose said that his cleaning lady had an emergency but could come at 5:30 that evening!!!! Pissed was an understatement but finding anything else on such short notice and having hungry cranky children from a 9 hour drive, we decided to leave and get dinner and return. He assured us that for the inconvenience he would refund us half of our money back. Once we arrived back to the house the cleaning lady was there and the beds were made with the same sheets we had seen scattered on the beds earlier
 she assure us that she had washed and dried and made 5 beds in a hour and a half!! (BS!!) everything else was cleaned and smelled of bleach but needless to say we stayed up all night washing the linens. When we texted and called Jose about propane for the grill he didn’t respond to us at all. The house is missing blinds, has a car in the garage, missing screens to the patio where the pool is and has roaches!!! The communication with the owner or property manager sucks completely we basically had to figure everything out for ourselves. Once we checked out and inquired about the refund we were told we would receive we didn’t get any response! Ignored again like the whole trip! Horrible horrible experience! Please don’t wast your time or money!

Dirty mess

The house was filthy. The pool area was disgusting. You can tell the pool was never cleaned and almost all the pool lanais were ripped off.

Cute, but remote

Most things were good. However it is located too far from store and restaurants. The hot tub was the main reason we booked. The pool was warmer than the tub.

Awesome stay

The house is beautiful. The HOT tub and pool is very refreshing after a full day of walking in the parks. Very close to Walmart and stores for things you may need. Easy to get a hold of own for any questions you may have.
