Villa moderne de 4 chambres magnifiquement meublée pour 8 personnes dans le développement de conservation paisible de Sandy Ridge. Fantastique exposition sud, entièrement blindée, chauffée (en option), piscine privée de 30 pi x 15 pi et spa avec vue imprenable sur un magnifique lac. Entièrement climatisé avec nouvelle salle de jeux, y compris air hockey, billard, baby-foot, fléchettes et tableau à craie pour les plus petits. Internet sans fil. 15 minutes de Disney et très proche de toutes les autres attractions principales. La prestigieuse Champions Gate est à quelques minutes en voiture, offrant de superbes installations de golf, des supermarchés, des restaurants, des fast-foods et bien plus encore. Ceci est la retraite idéale pour les golfeurs passionnés avec Champions Gate Golf Club à proximité et également le Reunion Resort, qui est situé juste à côté du développement, et dispose d'un parcours de golf standard USPGA. Lovely villa

Villa is ideally located for shops (Publix and Aldi) and with i4 less than 10 minutes away for easy access to the theme parks and other Orlando attractions. The villa overlooks a lake, isn’t overlooked by other properties and is in a really peaceful and quiet location. The pool was excellent and the poolside equipment good. With two kids 18 and 20 the layout was excellent as everyone had their own space with ample bedrooms and bathroom facilities, and a cosy living room. We had a great stay and would have given it 5-stars overall but some aspects of the villa could do with refreshing - however we’d happily stay again!

Sandy Ridge - Relaxing Spring Break

The house was clean, and well positioned for privacy around the pool. The bedrooms (4) satisfied 3 teenagers, as well as my wife & I. The pool & hot tub provided for hours of fun and relaxing in the sun, with the privacy of not having a house located behind the property. The house is located a few miles from the Championsgate community, at I-4. There are plenty of restaurants to pick from, and we found it most convenient to simply order takeout, and bring back to the house (kids didn't want to leave the pool). I'd say the neighborhood is a mix of working families, and retirees. Streets are not wide, and houses are close together, but once you're in the house, most of your attention is focused to the back of the house & the pool. We would stay here again. It was perfect for what we needed.

Beautiful view, private setting

We enjoyed our stay close to family. The setting of the home with the view of the pond and woods made it seem like you weren't in a housing development. There were a few issues with the home. The pool was getting slippery and green twice. There was no skimmer for the pool and one of the bottom screens were unattached. The property management came and cleaned it both times and replaced the pool skimmer and took a photo of the loose screen. The front doorknob was loose and left a gap, between the knob and the door, property management came the same day and fixed it. The cable was out for 2 days, they had just switched to spectrum. Property Management came and couldn't fix it so spectrum came the next day. The sheets were stained in the master bedroom, Property management took a picture. I replaced them with the sheets that were in the closet, which also had a stain but it was an ink stain, so we were okay with that. We loved the house, the setting and the overall experience. They even brought us bread, milk and butter ! We arrived late in the evening and didn't have to run out for breakfast, that was appreciated. We also used the pack and play that was a great addition to the home. And the Mickey and Minnie Mouse dolls for the kids to play with. They loved them. Property Management was not aware of the issues and promptly fixed most of them when they were addressed.

Decent Property, Needs Some TLC

Communication with the owners was great. Nice, south facing property makes the pool area warm and beautiful. Location is good, quick to most amenities and the theme parks. Does need some TLC though. We lost 2 days to algae blooms in the pool. Property manger sent pool people over each time I called, but still took time to rectify. Many lightbulbs burnt out, rips in pool area mosquito net, garbage in front gardens, no chalk for pool cues or balls for the foosball table. Needs a good once over with a power washer and some love to bring it back up to 5 stars. Overall, enjoyed our stay though, no real major problems.

Great place

The home was clean and my family had a wonderful time. The pool heat was off due to some matinance before we arrived but they had it resolved within a few hrs. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent villa in ideal location to explore

Realised I didn't leave a review July 18 First time staying in a Villa, and I liked the layout and style in the pics. It's even better in real life, so spacious. It worked well with family dynamics, being with the inlaws. First time staying in Orlando, and we found it easy to get anywhere from this location. Good choice of restaurants in easy driving distance, we even got an Uber to Disney Springs once and was very affordable from Sandy Ridge. It was well cleaned, plenty of spare towels and linen if needed and the welcome food pack was much appreciated.

Lovely villa with very helpful owners

The villa is very comfortable and kept very clean. It has all the appliances that you need. The outside space is lovely, it is very private and has a lovely view of the lake which is very relaxing and lots of wildlife to see. The location of the villa is very good as close to the Disney parks and Universal Studios. Being near Champions Gate means that there are lots of shops and restaurants close by. We had an issue when we arrived which was outside anyone’s control but the management company and owners were so helpful, going above and beyond to make sure it was resolved and that we had a great stay. We would definitely return to this villa if we go to Orlando again.

Lovely, clean Villa. Excellent communciation with owner.

We spent two weeks in August 2018 in this very well equipped and comfortable villa. On arriving, the property was immaculately clean. Claire, the owner, was very prompt in response to our enquiries and provided a comprehensive information pack which was very useful. We were also provided with some basic essentials...milk, bread, butter etc. which was handy as it meant we didn't have to make a shopping trip straight away. The villa is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood and a standout feature is the pool which is not overlooked on either side and has a wonderful view of a lake area. We've stayed in several villas in the Orlando area over the years and I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again or recommend it to anyone looking for a good value, high standard property. Thanks!

Great house to spend a vacation.

Nicely decorated house. Spacious and neat. The pool is a nice size and the lake view make the outdoor area perfect for relaxation. I am glad of having my family stay at Claire's property. I would stay again in the future without hesitation.

Fabulous Villa, great location & views

We recently returned from this villa and have to say it was fantastic! Claire was great to deal with, the villa was clean and well presented with a stunning outlook. The parks were only 15 mins and the local shops even less. Our arrival was welcomed by a pack containing fresh bread, coffee and a few other essentials which was also a really nice touch. We had a fabulous stay and would have no reservations in recommending this Villa or returning to it on our next trip - thank you

Great Villa for relaxing holiday

The villa is in a great location for easy access to most areas of Orlando and its parks. Claire was very quick to respond to our initial enquiry and any other questions we had. She provided plenty info upfront of our trip and the welcome pack when we arrived was perfect. We consider ourselves to be fairly regular visitors to Orlando and the villa was one of the nicest we have stayed in and would have no hesitation in either revisiting it or recommending it to friends.

Great family villa, fab pool area and spa.

We had a wonderful family holiday here. The villa was in a great location with easy access to Disney and restaurants and a Publix only 5mins away. Claire was great and gave us all the info we needed about the villa. When we arrived there was milk, juice and butter in the fridge and bread, jam and coffee- so nice after a long flight day-thanks! The villa was immaculate and beautifully furnished and had everything we needed and more. The pool and spa were fantastic and we spent our rest days enjoying the sun all day enjoying the beautiful lakeside view. We ordered pizza one night from Papa Johns which was really good too and we tried Millers Ale House at Champions gate which we all enjoyed and not too far away but The Longhorn for steak is our favourite!! The kids really liked the games room especially the air hockey and pool table. We wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again if we are lucky enough to go back to Florida.

Lovely villa, great area with gorgeous view. Just what we were looking for.

Villa was great and Claire was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was as we hoped and the villa management company and neighbours were on hand if we needed anything. We had a slight problem with the air con one day but the management company were great and had an engineer out within 30 minutes. 20 minutes from Disney, safe neighbourhood and Papa Johns pizza delivered so all good! Will definatly book again 😀

Great villa, good location and very clean and furnished to a high standard. Pool area is brilliant.

Had a brilliant 2 weeks at the villa. Close to all amenities and attractions. Villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped. We travelled as 2 families, 4 adults and 3 children, who thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the games room in the garage. Would recommend this villa and would most definitely stay again. Thanks to Claire for a excellent service provided and very helpful.

Fantastic place to stay for Theme Parks & relaxing

This is our 3rd visit to Villa Mere View in the last 7 years and it is still a fantastic place to stay. It is close enough to all the Theme Parks but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle to be able to chill by the pool overlooking the lake on OUR rest days. The Villa is very spacious and very well furnished and has everything you need. The games room is an added bonus with air hockey, pool, darts and table football to keep everyone amused. And the pool with jacuzzi is a fantastic place to wind down after the parks. Although we have never met Claire the owner in person, she has always been a pleasure to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommending her lovely Villa, but perhaps we should keep this special place quiet for ourselves :-) We love it here and will be back again soon.

Can't rate highly enough, fab villa!

When it came to choosing where to stay in Florida we didn't really know where to start. We'd never been before and weren't actually coming to do Disney and Universal so that in itself made it quite tricky to choose what was best as most people who have been to Florida only go for the parks so no one could really give much advice if the big parks weren't on your agenda. Anyway we searched for hours and Google Street-viewed areas and distances to shops and restaurants etc and eventually stumbled across this little gem! It was everything we wanted and more. I called Claire as I wanted to know there was actually a real person connected to the property as having not used Owners Direct before we were a little apprehensive about the whole thing but she was very friendly and helpful and after that we completely relaxed about booking with them. When we arrived at the villa it was just as the photos, only far better. Every room was nicely decorated and clearly the place is well looked after. All the rooms are well decorated and the garage as a games room was a big plus and there was plenty of toys/lilo's for the pool. The view of the pool and the lake behind is just lovely and my favourite thing was to be up early and having a swim with the sun coming up before breakfast. We did have to call the Management Company as when we arrived a storm had affected the phone & wifi but we called and it was fixed almost immediately. A fun thing we did was go to Old Town Kissimmee, not that far away, as on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays they have various car shows, Friday's being Muscle cars, a great outing for all the family. We also went to Silver Moon Drive-in cinema, this was quite a drive, around 45 minutes I think but was well worth it and the cheapest thing to do for a whole family. $5 an adult and $1 for a child. We saw Finding Dory, and it was a great way to see it. We just can't rate this place highly enough and are still raving about it to anyone that will listen. Hopefully we will be back to stay again soon!

Beautiful villa .... Home from home

Beautiful villa with everything you could possibly need. Lovely pool to relax in and look at the views over the lake after a long day in the parks. Its ideal to be away from the hustle and bustle of international drive and the parks yet still be close enough to enjoy them. The villa is ideally located near everything you need like supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants, pharmacy etc. We would defiantly recommend staying in this lovely villa and would love to stay there again.

Great Villa, great location.

We have just got home from staying in this lovely villa, and wish we were still there. It has everything you could possibly need and more. Located in a lovely area only 5 mins drive from the nearest supermarket and only 20 mins from Disney and 30 mins from Universal. It was great being able to retreat to this lovely villa after a long day at the parks and relax in the Jacuzzi or just chill out watching the TV. It really was like a home from home.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful two week holiday in this fantastic villa. Has everything you could possibly wish for when visiting Orlando. Close to all the parks and attractions in a beautifully maintained estate. The villa is immaculate inside and out. The pool and jacuzzi look over a beautiful lake. We have stayed here a number of times and everytime we visited it feels as if nobody else has stayed since we left... It's that clean and well maintained. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with the owner. Just a lovely person to speak with giving you confidence throughout booking. The best way I can describe I thoughts on this villa is. When ready to go after our days out we didn't say "let's go back to the villa" we said lets go "home"

Indeed it is a beautiful home

We had a fantastic family holiday in Florida made all the better by staying in this beautifully furnished and well equipped villa! The owners had left some goodies for us including a bottle of wine, water, ice pops etc. which added to the welcoming atmosphere exuded in this villa. The outlook to the rear over a small lake and beyond to a wooded area made the outdoor space and pool feel even more spacious. We have already recommended the villa to family and friends and if you are looking for a beautifully furnished and well equipped villa which is close to all the attractions but offers that feel of a semi rural setting then look no further than this villa! Enjoy, we did!

The perfect spot

The Villa was outstanding and the location was just more then perfect. Just a short drive from local shops and restaurants and only a few miles from Disney. We also loved the quiet neighborhood, and the view at the back of the house is just great with lots of wildlife in the large pond! The owner was great, really helpful. We have recommended this villa to all our friends.!!
