Great location, close to RMNP and Grand Lake. Spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed home. Especially enjoyed wildlife sightings: moose, deer, hummingbirds and relaxing in the hot tub!Made for great memories with friends and family.

Property was just as expected. Clean, comfortable, functional, beautiful location. Hot Tub was great for cooler evenings and mornings. Would be helpful to know/understand that the forest behind the house is private property and you can not go exploring back there. Everything with the house was perfect for our group.

The property was perfect and fit all of our needs. Location to park and town was amazing. Saw moose and heard there was a bear in the hood. Only complaint would be to not hire AI call center when I called to get check in details. As a society we need to stray from hiring and supporting data center AI and hire real people to answer questions. Just my 0.02. Cheers!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Mad Moose Lane. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked which made preparing meals easy. Communication with the host was only necessary once to report the malfunction coffee pot - which was easily resolved by Amazon :) The house is very conveniently located to the RMNP entrance and to the town of Grand Lake (less than 5 min drive). We spent most of our time outdoors hiking so the hot tub was the real star of the week! We traveled with our adult children (26, 24, 23 ). The second family room downstairs allowed them to have a little more privacy and a space to relax after spending the entire day with their parents. We didn’t see any moose at the property, but saw plenty of deer grazing in the neighborhood. Thanks so much for sharing your home! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect stay in Grand Lake

What a wonderful place to stay while having a winter getaway in Grand Lake. Loved the access to Ricky Mountain National Park within miles, great cross country skiing at Snow Mountain Ranch, and then coming home to a cozy fire and a hot tub. Lovely accommodations with absolutely everything you could need.

A Great stay!

We loved this home and had a great trip! The hot tub, grill and washer/dryer were all well used. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic. The house clean and well kept and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, located between town and the Park entrance. We enjoyed watching deer and chipmunks in the yard each day. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

We had a great time at this house. The hot tub was great after long days of snowmobiling. We were able to work out parking of the trailer with the KOA campground right down the road. The snowmobile trail is a 1 minute ride from the house.

Our family of six adults enjoyed the open floor plan in the main family room and kitchen to gather together as well as the hot tub and proximity to Grand Lake and RMNP.

Wonderful!!!!We loved everything about this house and this trip. The hot tub was great. The moose and deer in and around the house were so fun to watch. Access to town and Trail Ridge Road was ideal. So many cool things in Grand Lake to do. Highly recommend this house! Our family of 6 gave it 12 thumbs up!
