House was amazing. Everything we could have needed was in the kitchen for cooking. Rooms set up wonderfully. We could have used some firewood or to let us know where to get firewood. One chair needs fixed and missing ceiling fan remote. That was the ONLY things. Great property and we were able to visit other family who rented a birdy house too!

This house may have been only 2100 square feet, but you certainly wouldn’t believe it! There were 9 of us girls (78 yrs old) and because of the fabulous layout it was perfect for all of us without getting in each other’s way. It was stocked better than some of the 3000 sq ft houses we have stayed in! Beds were great. The only ask would be more wash cloths. The hosts were very responsive and all inquiries were followed up quickly. Thanks for sharing your home with us, it was a delight.

Wonderful house with everything you could possibly need! Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are big enough for 2 comfortably. House is located close to downtown Boerne shopping and restaraunt. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing! We had a group of 10 women who have been friends for 25 years staying at this house for a retirement celebration. Everything was immaculate! The kitchen was fully stocked and the living room was spacious. After shopping and dining each day, there was ample seating to sit at the dining table to play dice and card games.The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful. The backyard had ample seating, and was quiet. I have stayed at many rental properties, and this one is in my top 10!

Great property for our annual girls trip. It’s our second stay and we loved it just as much as the first time. The living area is so comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. All the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have been updated wonderfully. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to shopping and dining.

Clean, Spacious and Beautiful

We booked this place during my daughter's wedding in Boerne. The place was well organized, the kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms were spacious and clean. There was more than enough space for our family of 6. Every room was well decorated and the there is plenty of lighting in all the rooms. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to spend time with their family while visiting the area.

Wonderful property - checks all the boxes!

5 comfortable beds. 3 great bathrooms. Close enough we walked to the downtown shops. A wonderful walking path nearby. And the layout was perfect splitting 2 bedrooms on one side of the house and 3 on the other. Only items of concern: living room chair is missing some screws and one leg is unstable (easy fix), and the dining chairs seem a little rickety but not bad.. Thanks for the perfect girl weekend.

Girls trip

The property was very clean and ready for our group of 7 women. With an open floor plan, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, it suited our needs beautifully. The property appears to have been remodeled and updated recently and we all agreed that it was very tastefully done. We used it as a home base for our Boerne excursions and were happy to return each day to relax, play games, and catch up with one another. Responses from the property manager were immediate and check in was very easy. We had a most enjoyable time.

Home away from home

We LOVED staying at this place. We came for our wedding, and it truly felt like our home. There was plenty of space to spread out and everything was decorated so nicely. It was cosy and the backyard was so enjoyable to relax in. The one thing we wished we had was a scraper for the grill. It was pretty charred over. Overall would highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back.

Great Place to Stay

Myself, my husband, and my children came into town to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. This place was within walking distance of downtown Boerne. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed... including three full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. We were comfortable and will definitely rebook if we are coming again for another event in Boerne.

Perfect home for a getaway

We loved staying at this property. The house was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the comfy living area with plenty of room to lounge around. The backyard was spacious and would have been great to hang out in if we hadn’t been so busy shopping Boerne. 😊 Will definitely book this house again!

Thanksgiving in Boerne

This property is exactly as advertised and very clean! (No bugs as indicated in an earlier review!). We enjoyed 3 nights by the fire pit. And there was plenty of space for our family of 7. One thing I appreciated was a well stocked kitchen, including a some basics like salt, pepper and olive oil. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water when 7 people were getting ready at the same times Loved being able to walk into town to get breakfast tacos and coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Fleas‌

We arrived so excited
 the house was lovely
 talked to management about check 
after being there for just alittle while we stared getting bitten by some bugs
inside and out
 we were sitting on the couch and noticed little black bugs
 I emailed the management team immediately no response
by morning most all of us had itchy bites
emailed the management team all day that day
 infact everyday up until the day we left
 NO RESPONSE
we determined they were fleas
 we were miserable
I finally got a response from the management when I got home
I sent pics of our bites and even the fleas
they refunded one night which we felt was not enough compensation
 there was no customer service
 it made our trip miserable
and we had to buy all kinds of products for itching and defleaing our car and suitcases
this is the first time I have ever had to give a bad rating
 it’s a beautiful home and great location
 buts fleas and no response is just in acceptable‌

So nice!

The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. It’s beautifully furnished and we enjoyed playing ping pong and crochet in the huge backyard. We were able to walk to Main Street from the house.
