Nestled in the desirable Edgewater Beach Resort, this condo is located in tower 2 on the 5th floor and offers 24-hour security, ensuring a safe stay for guests. Enjoy a 9-hole par-3 golf course, tennis courts, and several pools, including a captivating lagoon pool perfect for relaxation and water activities. Strategically located between the tranquil east end and the vibrant west end of Panama City Beach, this condo offers easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Just Jump and Rockit Lanes are popular choices for fun and excitement, while popular attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Gulf World are just a short drive away.

Property Highlights & Features:

✔ Bedrooms: King-size bed in the primary bedroom, flat-screen TV, and access to the private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.

✔ Bathrooms: The primary/master bathroom features a walk-in shower and a tub to soak in. The guest bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, is located in the hall.

So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Great Spot by the Beach with a Pool

The condo was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the beach and pool. It had everything we needed for a simple, relaxing stay.

The only thing is more closet and space in the bedrooms and In the bathrooms somewhere to hang towels and items in the bathroom

The property was nice and was accurate as listed. We didnt care for the blowups and boards left on the balcony. They were full of sand and in the way. We didnt need them becuase we dont have small children. Other than that we were very comfortable the whole week. We have stayed at Edgewster countless times so we knew about the property already. It was worth the price requested.

Great resort condo

We enjoyed our stay. Great condo and resort. Easy parking and access to beach and pool. We had no issues getting chairs at the pool or beach. Resort is very clean and family friendly. The condo was as expected, very clean and comfortable. The only con is the plastic mattress covers which make sleeping a bit hot and no towel bars in the bathroom. Property manager was super responsive and helpful with all question before and during my stay . I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, few quirks.

The view was excellent as well as the amenities. This room had a few things wrong—some light bulbs were out, the washer would stink when on draining cycles, and the master bathroom smelled a bit moldy. But the furniture was comfortable and the appliances all worked well aside from the quirks mentioned.

Great Location/Great Property

Listing was spot on so no surprises. 5th floor was perfect views of gulf and Tower 2 pool. Well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. No ice maker. No cable, only Roku streaming. Would recommend and will return.

Beautiful!

The place was beautiful , clean and the property was amazing. The staff, visitors, and other owners were very friendly. We had a few problems such as hot tub did not work -which was the main reason I chose this condo over other ones that were less expensive. I was told I would be compensated for that, so I feel like I will be taken care of. Other than that, I loved the place!

Condo was unrentable.

Full of mold. Needed to call for removal. TV was not functional and eventually stopped working. Unit was old and rusty, not up to your standards. A refund is in order.

No ice maker

How inconvenient can it be to be at the beach in the middle of June with no ice what so ever,yes there was no ice maker in our fridge.The only other thing about the condo was the reclinder was broken,the arm just fell over . I invited my brother and his wife over ,who met us on the beach,it was humiliating when they said they were going to get a drink from the bar next to the pool but they wanted $20 bucks for 1 drink,that blew my mind.Edge water used to be the best condo on the beach.

Overall, I give 5 stars. It was a nice facility, security made rounds frequently. This comforted me a great deal for a few reasons. I was on my own. The frame of the door to the condo looked like it had been broken in the past, and repaired cheaply with short cuts. There was a large hole in the frame where the deadbolt goes into it when locking. The door did firmly close and lock though. Had my husband been with me, I would have been more comfortable. The dining room chairs were very heavy and metal. I put 2 of those in front of the door and was able to sleep peacefully. The furniture was clean. I didn’t notice any odors or stains on it. Dishes were clean. There wasn’t any sand on the floors, which amazes me because, staying on a beach usually brings sand inside no matter how hard you try to avoid it. The only dust I saw was in the bathroom on the vent. The bathrooms had black sinks, tubs, toilets. In the master bathroom, there was a white powdery substance on the toilet rim. It was like bar keepers friend (my guess). This tells me they cleaned the toilet inside, but left on the rim. I didn’t see fluid marks on it. I carry sanitizing wipes, thank goodness. Lastly, in the master tub, there were streaks like it wasn’t rinsed well. The tub was huge. I wouldn’t use it anyway because it’s a jacuzzi tub. I have one at my house and hate those things. It’s a pain to keep clean. I wouldn’t trust that any jacuzzi tub is cleaned “enough” to use. I would stay in that exact room again.

Dusty vent in bathroom. Good toilet paper though, which can be linty.

One of the pools of the facility. I watched it get cleaned every morning.

Enjoyed the stay - beautiful beach view from the balcony!
