Stunning southside city views, outdoor space, and contemporary design in this new-build, walkable condo in downtown south slope Asheville. This 3-bedroom features 3 king bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The unit also provides garage parking for two compact cars and a rooftop terrace. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away
Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property.

The house was exactly as pictured - walkable to everything, very comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, delightful patio. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. The perfect setting for a lovely trip. Plenty of linens and the hot water never ran out. The living room couch was almost too comfortable - lots of daily naps there!

We enjoyed our stay. Our beds were comfortable BUT the pillows are Horrible, luckily I brought mine. There are no hangars in the bathrooms for your towels. The downstairs shower floor needs to be replaced badly! It looks dirty. No dishcloths, towels or hot pads in the kitchen. It’s okay for a short stay but would not stay a week.

Great apartment close to restaurants, galleries, etc. Lots of stairs (kitchen, dining and living are on top floor), but there’s an elevator. We had a great time.

Perfect location to walk to our venue Harrods for a show. Great shopping and restaurants. Parked our car in the garage at arrival and never touched it until we left. Did not have to worry about parking and walked everywhere. The condo was so clean and amazing. Great for the 3 couples.

Amazing Family Get-Away

Clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious for 3 couples and an infant. Great layout: each family appreciated having their own private space and full bath, with plenty of room for a pack ‘n play or to do some remote work. We loved the fully-stocked open kitchen and family room, and spending the evening together on the partially covered deck. An easy 5min walk to breweries, and another 10 into town for shopping and restaurants. Safe garage parking and an elevator, too! Hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and beautiful townhouse

Very clean, spacious, and conveniently located to several bars and restaurants. Downtown Asheville was a short walk away. There is a convenient store located directly across the street, along with a yummy Mexican restaurant. There were 5 of us staying in the townhome and the layout was perfect. Everyone was very comfortable. Management was responsive. My only complaint would be the credit card fees that were charged by the management company after the booking. It was almost an additional 40.

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at 92 Southside. The beds and showers were wonderful and the outside patio was a big hit. We had plenty of space to talk and enjoy our trip. I would suggest letting your guests know the coffee maker is a Kuerig, we had to go by pods since we took ground coffee. One bedroom does have can light that is loose. Overall an excellent property and the elevator is extremely helpful. Perfect location to get to the Biltmore!

Wonderful Experience

The property was excellent! Very comfortable, easy access to Biltmore property and other sites. This was my first time utilizing Vrbo accommodations and my first time to Ashville. I had to contact the property managers with a couple of questions and they were very prompt in responding back to me. We definitely will be returning to Ashville and I hope that we can get the same accommodations.

Great place to enjoy downtown

Perfect size for 3 couples coming to enjoy Asheville for a few days. It was convenient to walk to downtown and park our car. The place was clean and comfortable.

Great townhouse in great location!

We (three couples - 6 total) stayed for four nights. The location is excellent for exploring the multiple of breweries in South Slope, as well as for walking to great dining spots downtown. Also, easy driving access to Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. The place has lots of living space, and we loved having the big balcony (saw 4th of July fireworks from there!). The furniture is well-maintained and comfortable. The only (minor) downsides for us were: 1) Ice machine didn’t work well. 2) My wife and I stayed in the bedroom on the lower floor - you could hear everyone walking upstairs. 3) A couple of the carpets should be taped down so people don’t trip over them. Overall, a great stay - we highly recommend! Also, there’s a great coffee shop (with some baked goods) called Farewell a couple of blocks away.
