We absolutely loved staying here! The house was so cozy and comfortable. It smelled fresh and clean from the moment that we walked in, and everything we needed was provided there. It was so quiet and relaxing in the neighborhood too! We would definitely stay here again! We especially enjoyed simple breakfasts in the nook off the kitchen. All of it was just wonderful!

Great Place to Chill Out and Relax

Our stay at this East Bernstadt KY home was completely relaxing. We have enjoyed this farmhouse many times for our visits to be with family. If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, and everything you need to have a great vacation getaway then this home fits the bill.

Perfect Place

We actually schedule our visits to see family in Kentucky when this lovely farmhouse is available. It has all the conveniences of home as well as a lovely back patio with comfortable furniture and a great view of the country side. A "Perfect Place" for a getaway.

Third Times a Charm!

This was our third stay at this lovely farmhouse in the rolling hills of Kentucky. The convenient location is great for our visits with family living in Beattyville. It is roomy enough to have family over with a kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare meals. The back patio is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. It is a great place to relax, listen to the birds, read a book, or sit and talk. The entire house is roomy, comfortable and clean. All we have to do is show up and enjoy ourselves. Herman is a great host and quick to respond to any questions we have had. This is our go to place in Kentucky!

I was going to use the word "funky" to describe the house, but some people might take that the wrong way. It was a very nice place to stay; good energy. Kept very clean, with what appears to be newer furnishings, carpet etc. I really enjoyed the visit. Very quiet too....

Beautiful Home

What can I say? The place is beautiful and was immaculate and 5.5 acres of sure bliss. I stay at a lot of VRBO's and this is by far the most beautiful property I've ever stayed in and will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you Herman!

Quiet get away!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the little blue farm house. Nicely decorated and lots of amenities. Also the prettiest old tree in the yard. Love my trees!

You really have the farmhouse feel at grandma's house! It was cute, cozy, and had everything you needed. The Blackstone grill was great 👍🏻 not to far from Wildcat Offroad🐾

Totally Relaxing with a capital R!

This adorable farmhouse is clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The back deck was the go to place for relaxing with very nice patio furniture. Great place for reading my book as well as listening to the birds chirping and the cows bellowing. This was our second stay here and we would definitely stay again. Not far off of I-75 and close to family in Beattyville. The host is easy to work with and very friendly.

Peace and Tranquility

I am an administrator, and live in a big city. I rented this home to get away from it all and spend quality time with family. The entire stay from start to finish was ideal. Home is tucked away in a quiet area, with tons of beauty all around, but close enough to stores and everything that when you need something you can get it without too much trouble. The home itself is beautiful and perfect for a retreat. The beautiful yard was large and safe for my child to play, she collected nuts from the trees and listened and laughed as the birds chirped. I had peace and tranquility in my heart the whole time we stayed in this home. I was sad to leave that place, as I had to head back to work and back to my busy life. But I hope to stay again soon, and will treasure the memories my family and I made during our stay. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a safe and tranquil place to stay and get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life! Managers of the property were extremely helpful if we ran into any questions. Home was clean and tidy inside and out. Many little things that made our stay even more comfortable, they had TV with Dish Network. They had coffee, creamer, and many other little things in the kitchen that made it really feel like home. Matching white linens throughout, and clean and cozy beds. Even had shampoo and soaps etc. there for us in case we needed it! Cannot say enough good things about this place. I gave it five stars, but if more stars were available I would give it even more. JUST PERFECT!

That was my second time staying there. The home always is warm and welcoming. I would stay again

The rental experience was great. The host explained everything. I would recommend this home. Your about 20 minutes from town but the privacy and the views make up for it. The place is peaceful and relaxing. I do my best writing there and would rent it long term if available so I can go back to school there.

Lovely, Comfortable Farmhouse

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely "blue" farmhouse. The house came with everything we needed during our stay. The furniture is new and comfortable as are the beds. All the linens, blankets, towels and bath cloths are quality products. There is a fully stocked coffee bar, too. Yay! There was travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap provided as well as plenty of toilet paper. The area around the farmhouse is scenic, rural and peaceful with views of barns, cows, pastures and rolling hills. Simply lovely and comfortable. We would stay here again.
