The heart of the house is the luxurious open kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is an entertainers delight with ample bench space and large 900mm Smeg oven and gas cooktop. Perch around the kitchen bench on one of the barstools for some lazy conversations over dinner prep, whether you are cooking up a storm or serving up some local takeaway. Open up the panoramic kitchen window and call the family in for dinner from metres away.

Enjoy your culinary creations indoors at the Tasmanian oak dining table with seating for 6 inside, or at the generous outdoor dining table on the covered timber deck to maximise the coastal resort feel. Enjoy your morning cuppa on the outdoor lounge gazing up at Arthur Seats Eagle chairlift, or sit down at twilight with a charcuterie board and your favourite glass of Mornington Peninsula wine.

The master bedroom is located at the back of the property and opens up onto the alfresco deck. It has a QB, walk in wardrobe and an ensuite. The second bedroom at the front of the property has a QB and BIR. The third bedroom has a king single bed, a single bed and BIR.

There are two bathrooms - one ensuite and one main bathroom. The main bathroom has an open shower and giant mirror with designer timber vanity as well as separate claw foot bath. There is a full laundry in the property with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
