Key pick up and drop off is a 2 minute drive. Wonderful location to relax. Visit Raymond Island and walk the koala trail with your kids.

Happy and relaxed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely clean home, with everything you need . There were 4 of us staying and 2 medium size dogs. We had plenty of room and a space for a quiet time. The back area is a small but still secure and enjoyable with the bbq and covered! Carolyn was fantastic and made our stay relaxed and happy 😃 Thankyou!

Gippsland Lakes Escape, as the property managers were great to deal with. The cleanliness was definitely not up to scratch. Both outside and inside had cobwebs and only surface cleaned. The oven had cobwebs in it and the shower overflowed, which we fixed. However I would recommend staying at this property.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Neat and tidy house. I appreciated the little extras, such as fresh bread, jam, and milk on arrival. Very thoughtful. Bedside tables and lamps would have been nice though, plus an ottoman to put my feet up after the long drive. As it was very hot when I stayed extra cooling would have been appreciated. Apart from this the property was great. Not far from the beach and shopping was good for a small town.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weeds out the back were waist high. Accumulation of leaves in the backyard looked like it was not cleaned for months. Had to get the cleaner in to clean the outside table and bbq. Inside the bed head and above fridge covered in dust. Fan not working in bedroom. The mattress on the double bed was very thin and the bunk trundle wobbly and noisy. For the price I would not recommend. Cleaning of the property should be done prior to move in. Looks like it was cleaned months ago. Very disappointed

Great Weekend Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Paynesville for a long weekend and a positive experience of Gippsland Lakes Escapes. The property was super clean and great for our needs - well stocked kitchen, bbq, netflix and lovely front garden. We also loved the local bread and jam provided which was lovely. We did experience an issue with the shower which was resolved quickly. Other things we noticed that, for the price, we would have expected would have been sorted e.g. an ‘interesting’ smell in the main bedroom, outdoor tv not working, fan in second bedroom not working. But overall we were very happy with our stay.
