The newly remodeled home spreads out over close to1600 square feet on two levels. Each level has a balcony with seating for you to relax and enjoy. The upper level features 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom attached and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. The second balcony is off the primary bedroom. For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village.
