Calm Waters Unit 11 - Stunning waterfront views of Pumicestone Passage

Calm Waters #11 is located directly along the waterfront at the peaceful Golden Beach. Enjoy gorgeous views over the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, and even the Shipping Lanes beyond that.

Unit 11 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, nicely furnished with nautical charm. This is a popular spot for swimming, fishing, kayaking, jet-skiing and kite-surfing, or enjoy watching the passing parade of action from your unit.

This top floor unit has a modern bathroom and kitchen and also includes free Wi-Fi. It is located on the 3rd floor with stairs (37 steps) and has an enclosed balcony with windows which can be opened up to catch the lovely sea breezes. *Please note that smoking is not allowed in the enclosed balcony area.

The unit will sleep up to 4 guests with a queen in the bedroom and fold out sofa bed in the lounge room (please note sofa bed is best suited for children only).

The bathroom has been recently renovated and there are ceiling fans and screens throughout.

There is a carport suitable for small to medium vehicles. Large cars like a prado will not fit. If you have a larger car there is free parking on the street out the front of the building if required.

Please also note that the kayaks and other items shown in garage are not for guest use sorry.

Calm Waters is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the Golden Beach town centre where there is an IGA Supermarket and a great choice of lovely cafes.

You can enjoy the sunset with a beachfront cocktail nearby at the 'Chill Cafe 89'. The power boat club is also just a 3 minute drive or an approx. 15 minute walk along the Esplanade.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
