You will want to spend every moment out by the new massive heated pool, large spa, covered lanai and screened in enclosure.
The western exposed lanai treats you with glorious sunsets and we have enclosed the entire area with noseeum screen to keep out all insects (especially those pesky noseeums)!
The pool cage also wraps around the south side of the house to a private hot tub area (separate from pool and spa) with a solar heated outdoor shower. A 65" 4K Smart TV, electric fireplace, large Jenn Air BBQ grill and plenty of seating under the lanai complete your Marco Island backyard experience.
This 2 bedroom, 3 bath home with a dock also has quick access to the bay!
We are very close to all the amenities (Starbucks, groceries, liquor store, restaurants, sports bar, shopping, entertainment etc )
Sleeps 6 with super comfortable memory foam pillow-top King-size bed in the master suite, two excellent pillow-top split king beds (two extra-long twins that can be placed together to make a second king bed) in 2nd bedroom and a queen size pullout (sofa bed) in family room/den for even more sleeping accommodations.

Marco Island beaches are legendary.
If you want exercise, the walk from Resident's Beach to the end of Tigertail beach. It is a full 3 miles each way. Plus, if you walk to the southern tip of the beach it'll add 2 more miles in each direction. You might also join a beach volleyball game on one of the beach volleyball courts in front of the Marriott or the one on Resident's Beach.. or just go shelling, or swimming, or suntan your winter blues away..
Tigertail Beach has paid parking.
