It was the prefect spot for our family. The condo was nice. The living furniture was prefect for our family needs. The bed was comfortable.

Condo and property were clean and nice. Will visit again. Recliners were comfortable. Only suggestion is to update check in email to say “cash only” to pay for parking.

The unit was spotless, had very nice appliances and furniture, and the kitchen was well equipped. The proximity to the beach, the pool, and local restaurants was excellent. No complaints at all. This was a great introduction to our first time to Gulf Shores. We plan to return to this unit again in the future as it made for a very enjoyable vacation.

Upon arrival, it appeared the condo had not been cleaned to the standard we expected. To make ourselves comfortable for our week-long stay, we washed the master bedroom linens, bath linens and rugs, swept the floors, and wiped down the kitchen and bathroom countertops. Because we arrived late in the evening, I did not contact the owner until the following day. When notified, he was extremely responsive, apologized sincerely, and provided compensation for the inconvenience. It was clear he expected the property to have been properly cleaned prior to our arrival.Based on the many positive reviews of this property, I believe our experience was an exception rather than the norm. Aside from the initial cleaning issue, the condo itself was wonderful. The furniture was very comfortable, especially the master bed and living room recliners, which were greatly appreciated as we deal with chronic back and hip pain. The balcony furniture was also excellent, and the views from the fifth floor were outstanding.The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and the host was responsive, gracious, and committed to addressing our concerns. We had a wonderful week overall and would gladly return to this beautiful Gulf Shores property in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay at Ocean House and will be back! Everything is very convenient- the unit was very clean. Beautiful views! The pool is amazing! Zero entry and the water temp made the pool so enjoyable for all ages. Super easy to book and great communication from host. Security onsite is a plus! The condo was perfect for our stay. Full size washer dryer- and many other thoughtful accommodations. The beach and pool are just steps away- so convenient to frequent your room as needed. Bathrooms at pool very nice and clean. Beds comfy and well maintained condo. Riding bikes at Gulf Shores Park Is always a highlight for us! We are returning in July and wish this unit had been available to rent again…

The perfect location for a beach getaway!!! The condo was wonderfully located right on the beach, the view was anmazing, and the pool was perfect for swimming on the red flag days. The beds were comfortable, living space was perfect for a relaxing movie night and kitchen was fully equipped to make big breakfasts before hitting the beach. Our hosts were responsive and helpful in every possible way! Especially when we had to turn back around after departure for a child’s forgotten blankie.The condo complex itself seemed well cared for with the exception of the stairwells but that’s to be expected in a beach climate. A good cleaning and repaint is really all that would be needed to help. We’re already looking to available dates next spring break!
