My group of 6 stayed for two weeks and there were no major issues. I wish I could go back and spend some more time early in the morning on the deck. It's a beautiful location.

We chose this little gem so we could be close to Ha Ha Tonka for our kids and it was perfect! We may have been in our own snug area but we were able to make it to many locations very quickly!

The house was very clean and welcoming. It was cozy and the front porch was ideal for lake views

Everything went seamlessly but we didn’t receive code for key box on the day of arrival and had to call, text and email for it upon arrival. Owners were apologetic and helpful. Everything else was wonderful! The house was very clean and the porch was lovely.

Great property

Everything was just as described. House was clean, check in was easy. Called a few days before hand to see if we could get in early and was given the ok! New key pad entry lock was installed before our stay so check in instructions were a little wrong, called Erika to clarify. She was very prompt and explained the situation. Very close to the ballparks national. Extremely convenient for a weekend of baseball!! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place that had everything we needed. My family came from out of town for graduation, and this place exceeded our expectations. The front porch was a favorite spot for us to relax late at night and early in the morning. It was very spacious, and the view was breathtaking. The separate cottage was perfect for my aunt, who goes to bed earlier than the rest of us, as it ensured that she was not disturbed. I had emailed ahead of time to inquire about having extra guests for dinner before graduation, and they were very accommodating and did not see it as an issue. The kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything we could possibly need, including a wide variety of spices. Our neighbors, Kathy and Guy, were absolutely phenomenal, and I wish I had neighbors like them! They even took my aunt and daughter out on their boat, which created some amazing memories for them. They were very helpful and even offered us extra parking. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to booking again, hopefully for next year's graduation. Thank you very much for everything!

Little piece of heaven

We had an awesome time. The property was immaculate with a well equipped kitchen. The view from the porch was beautiful. Had our morning coffee and our evening drinks out there. The location was close to everything that we needed to make this our little home for the week. The neighbors were so friendly and made you feel like family. (Guy and Kathy. We will definitely come back to do more and see more of what The Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

Bumpy start but amazing!

The property was beautiful. It was our first time using Vrbo. We didn't realize there was a management company. A sweet neighbor helped us get in. The cottage has not been cleaned but that was not the fault of the owners. The cleaning company had an issue. They quickly refunded our cleaning fee. Even with those bumps in the beginning we had wonderful time and will rent her again.

Adorable little lake home

This is a cute little house with an adorable cottage in the back. It was perfect for my husband and I, but with the cottage in back, we could have brought the entire family! We hope to go back in the summer!

Ozark Lake Dream

Splendid Lake side getaway. Waking up everyday to the view with coffee on the porch was wonderful. Everything (amenities)were new or very recently refurbished. There was not one detail that was overlooked. Our group loved it so much we extended our stay. Michelle(owner) has an Ozark Dream and I am glad that we were able to experience it. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay - only had one little mishap - the water heater had an issue on Saturday of our stay so we did not have hot water in the main house until Saturday evening.

Trip to the Ozarks

This is our third trip to the Ozarks and I would like to say first off the house was great and very well maintained. The only thing I think would have made it better is having a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. At night the rooms got a little warm and turning down the temperature made the rest of the house cold in the morning. I would also replace the TV with a smart TV that people can smart cast to so they don't have to log into their favorite streaming services through the tv. The location was great. We were very close to the state park and their awesome nature trails. We are also reasonably close to Osage Beach for shopping and some great local restaurants. If it wasn't for the heat advisory we would have been out and about all day long. What really is driving the 3 stars is I had thought we had the ability to fish in the lake that was just down the road, about a 2 minute walk from the front door, but the docks and land are privately owned and we couldn't get to the lake. I put this on me for not confirming 100% that we could fish on the shore or off the docks near the house but I feel that could be better spelled out on the website for this location.

Hi Jeff, thanks for letting us know about your stay. After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mention: - We remodeled the house this year and did not have an issue with the bedrooms being warm. We've found that most people do not like to sleep with a ceiling fan above them, but the back bedroom does have one. - Both TVs are new, replacing them isn't a priority at the moment. They are Roku TVs that give our guests access to local stations and 1000's of free shows and movies to watch. Guest info can be entered for other streaming services. - There is access to a launch ramp for guests that bring a boat and want to fish, but we do not have a dock for guests to use, and it isn't listed as an amenity. Thanks again, and we hope that you keep us in mind for your future travels!
