It is a very nice condo and it's very close to all the attractions just about a 5-minute drive to whatever we need to access it's footsteps from the beach and the swimming pool is right there it does not have an elevator so lots of steps to climb if you don't get a 1st floor condo we stayed on 3rd floor unit! Great trip great location

The reward for being on the third floor is the view that you don't have on the first floor. We have under our Property details that we are on the third floor with out a elevator.

We had an amazing experience staying here in Myrtle Beach! The property is located on the third floor and has a beautiful ocean view that made the stay even more enjoyable. We visited in August and were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to deal with many crowds, which made everything feel relaxing and peaceful.The location was also great and made it easy to enjoy everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. If you stay here, we HIGHLY recommend checking out Two Lucky Puppies Cantina, the Mexican restaurant right across the street! The food was delicious, and having such a great restaurant within walking distance was a huge plus.Overall, we had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed our stay. Between the ocean view, convenient location, and relaxing atmosphere, we would definitely recommend this Vrbo to anyone planning a Myrtle Beach getaway!

The condo was absolutely perfect! Right on the beach with a balcony view of the beach and pool. The condo was very nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of room. We are very much so looking forward to staying again.

Excellent location, very good and timely communication with the host. Property was recently updated, the only thing I would recommend is replacing locks on the balcony door but most importantly the window in the kids bedroom. The unit is on the 3rd floor however the kids bedroom window is facing the front deck and since it wouldn’t lock I felt like it could be easily open from the outside. We had to use a stick we found in the unit to keep it shut.

Rooms were clean and well stocked with dinnerware, cups,glassware, and all appliances worked great. Very close to the pool and beach! Bed was very comfortable. Furniture was good. Very close to restaurants and shopping also! Parking was great.The owner (David) was great! Very responsive to any questions or concerns. Pool area was fine, although the pool was cold, (not heated).There was also a charcoal grill just outside the pool area!The beach was great. A very short walk from the condo. There were beach chairs and umbrellas in the owners storage room, which was a real plus. We had a great time!

Great Location and very comfortable stay.

My family and I had a fabulous stay at the property. Other than the walk up the stairs (we probably needed the exercise). We enjoyed the location which was close to everywhere. The condo was well stocked and clean. Will definitely try to stay there again.

My family really enjoyed staying at David’s place! It had everything and more…very clean and had all the kitchen stuff you need if you are going to cook. The location is great! Beach and pool with golf close by….we will be definitely back!

The condo was very clean! Very quiet, nice and relaxing area! The beach view was beautiful! Accurate pictures of the view. Pool looked very nice but we were unable to use it because the weather was just a little to cool still unfortunately so the water was so cold. Perfect beach access. Not a crowded area. Host was nice and responded back in a timely manner. Also kept us updated when someone was coming to pressure wash the property so we knew where to park. The only complaint I have is since the condo is on the 3rd floor just be aware of all the steps you will go up. There were more stairs than I expected so that was a bit rough going up and down. Lol. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great Vacation!

My family had a wonderful vacation! The access to the owner’s storage closet was amazing! It was great not having to carry everything for the beach up and down the stairs! Hoping to stay again soon!
