The Space:

This ground-floor, two-unit condo sleeps up to 16 guests with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two full kitchens — all connected by an interior door. You're 15 minutes from Disney, minutes from Universal and SeaWorld, and steps from a Publix. The biggest draw? Space and flexibility for multi-family trips or group getaways, with everyone under one roof but plenty of room to spread out.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Each unit holds three bedrooms. You'll find a king suite with private bathroom in each condo, plus a queen bedroom and a room with two full beds per side. That's eight beds total, so couples, kids, and friends all get their own space. The two additional bathrooms in each unit are shared and sit just off the hallway, each with a tub and shower.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

Both living rooms open to each other through a connecting door, giving you two couches, two TVs, and plenty of seating when the whole group wants to gather. Each kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking breakfast or prepping snacks between park days. The two dining tables seat six each, so you can sit down together for meals without splitting up.



Outdoor Amenities

Step out onto your private patio from either unit — cushioned seating makes it easy to enjoy morning coffee or evening wind-down. The resort clubhouse is a short walk away and includes two pools, a poolside bar, fitness center, sports courts, arcade, billiards, and a two-mile trail around the lake. Kids love the splash pool and playground; adults appreciate the BBQ pits and sundries shop.



Good To Know

Both units include a washer and dryer, so pack light and refresh as you go. Free parking on-site, and the smart lock means no key juggling. There's a dedicated workspace if you need to log on, plus central air and room-darkening shades in every bedroom. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least seven days before check-in.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to both condos during your stay. And access, of course, to the resort amenities on site.



The Neighborhood:

The property is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you have a personal concierge and resort-like amenities with other activities such as:

The condo is about 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Vista Cay Resort community. Other Things to Note:

Pool

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All the access codes need will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.
