The house is so nice! Alrhough we had to leave early due to the water not working our hosts put us up for ine more night elsewhere and fairly refunded most of our stay.

As a local with a small house I needed more space for my visiting family. This house fit perfectly! Great central location, great host, great place. Everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed their stay. Will return!

Great Location

The house is beautiful-a convenient to Biltmore Village and a short drive to downtown! The hosts were helpful and the house had everything we needed and more! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location in a notable travel destination

This property was clean, neat, quiet, & comfortable. It has a wonderful fenced yard with a fire pit. Located just 1 mile from the freeway (US 240) and not 5 minutes from the Biltmore Estate it has easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown, and all of the sights and scenes of Asheville.

What a gem!

This is the place to stay in Asheville! The house is immaculate and stocked for all your needs. Very close to The Biltmore and convenient to get downtown. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it ti everyone visiting.

Loved This House!

Our stay at this house was superb. It is spacious, sparkling clean, comfortable and met the diverse needs of our group. Those of us who had to work remotely during our stay benefited from the office and deck. We all appreciated the generosity and attentiveness of our host. One of the easiest and best stays we've had.

The home itself is beautiful. The location is convenient. We were very comfortable. But I don’t understand all the exceptional reviews. When we search for our booking, we had only a few stipulations, one of which was a hot tub. It was the only thing my son who never requests anything asked for. So when we arrived at the facility and I messaged that we don’t find the hot tub, the response that I was given is it the owners of this property are also owners of a local spa and that there is not a hot tub on the property, but rather as a VRBO customer, you have the option to purchase discounted use of the hot tub at the spa owned by the property owners. I asked VRBO to look into this, the customer service agent told me it would be passed on and reviewed. I’ve yet to have any outcome of my inquiry, so now I’m not quite sure what I think about the VRBO guarantee!

Nice hideaway

We and our guests really enjoyed this rental for our stay in Asheville. All of our concerns were small and forwarded to the owner who handled them immediately. Probably not a good place for kids, but definitely a great place for adults.

Home Base

We initially rented as a home base to access hiking and sightseeing in the area, and thought the photos looked very nice. We were blown away by the quality and comfort that this home offered. We wished we had more days just to be able to relax in the backyard with the hammock and fire pit! My wife and I both agree that we will be back to this rental. The location was perfect for us and the property manager was super responsive and top notch! Don’t hesitate to book this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed this house. I felt very safe with the gated yard. The back yard was wonderful with the hammock and firepit. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. I appreciated the extra attention to detail such as air filtration and a sound machine in the bedroom and providing firewood. The home was extremely clean and inviting. I hope to stay again. The location was convenient. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Fabulous house

I truly cannot say enough positive things about this vacation home. I have severe allergies and our time there gave me such a welcome reprieve. I have never stayed in such a clean rental. The finishes and decor were all beautiful and the back yard was so private and perfect-we regretted that rain kept us from enjoying the fire-pit. I hope to stay here every fall. My only complaint is that the mattresses are too firm, but that is only because I need a soft bed. Roberta was extremely accommodating when I contacted her with a question. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Hide away

It is a great place. Very crisp and neat, well decorated and comfortable. Only down side was manager did not let us know that we’d have two maintenance visits during our 3 day stay. One visitor was there to plant trees in front and back of house. He was polite and wasn’t sure if we’d been told . We had no idea . Second was someone to cut grass so that woke us from a nap. I don’t have any issue with having maintenance done but would like to know so I’m not caught by surprise.

Every Detail Covered

Brand new house with every comfort included. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were very well appointed with top end materials and products. The third bedroom is really setup as an office with a futon. The cozy living room has space for six people to hang out. There’s a TV, but we just used the the groovy electric fireplace that has a fan to warm the space. The house is located 5 minutes from the Biltmore Village and Estate and all it has to offer. Beautiful landscaping, a fire pit and grill in the backyard surrounded by a privacy fence. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Door code to enter. Space for two cars in the driveway.

Reunion

We were college freshman in 1973, thrown together from different cities. We have been meeting and traveling together almost every year for the past 50 years, before renting a house for a short stay was a thing. This home made all the difference for us! The house was perfect in every way. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated and included. From the backyard fire pit to the front porch, every nook and cranny was comfortable, immaculate and smart. Everything was in perfect condition, I suspect it’s very new, or extremely well taken care of! The location was impeccable, from the airport to thr Shoji Spa to the Biltmore, we were able to get everywhere quickly and easily. Asheville was an amazing city but our accommodations put our stay over the top. Kudos to the owner/decorators! This was a beautiful, well appointed and hands down a great find for us, we loved every minute in the house.

Mother/daughter trip

The house accommodations were Amazing! Everything was just like it appeared in the photos, only better! The small conveniences were fantastic. We brought seasonings/other kitchen items from home, but really only needed extra bathroom tissue in the master bath. FYI: a first day supply was available and a full supply was accessible in the guest bath. My daughter commented that she loved the mattress on the queen bed in the guest room. She said that it was the best sleep that she’d gotten in a longtime! She’s even considering replacing her own mattress at home! Our only suggestion to change in the home would be to install blinds or privacy coverings on the sliding glass doors in the dining area in the back of the house. We would definitely stay again, if we’re in Asheville in the spring or summer. FYI: we didn’t get to enjoy the back deck with outdoor furniture, the fire pit, outdoor grill or hammock. By the way, on-site laundry was available for clean/dry clothes on the road back home!
