Trail Creek 70 — Spacious Top-Floor Condo with Air Conditioning

Trail Creek 70 is a beautifully designed top-floor condo offering comfort, space, air conditioning, and easy access to everything Killington has to offer. Located within walking distance of the lifts—or just a short shuttle ride away—this inviting mountain retreat is an excellent home base in every season.

In winter, ride the complimentary shuttle to the slopes or, when conditions allow, ski home directly to the complex via the ski-back trail. At the end of the day, gather by the fireplace and relive your favorite runs. The Trail Creek Sports Center offers an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and fitness equipment for additional relaxation and recreation.

With two living areas, this condo has room for everyone to spread out. The main level includes one bedroom with a king bed and another with two twin beds. Upstairs, the loft provides a queen bed, comfortable couch, and large-screen TV—an ideal spot to unwind after a day of mountain fun.

Killington Resort, known as the “Beast of the East,” features expansive terrain for all ability levels, excellent snowmaking, and instruction from beginner lessons to advanced coaching. Beyond skiing and riding, enjoy snowmobile tours, tubing, ice skating at Foundry Pond, and lively après-ski spots including the Wobbly Barn, Pickle Barrel, and Jax’s.

Summer and fall bring even more to explore: Killington’s mountain biking trails and Adventure Center, zip lines, mountain coaster, hiking on the Long Trail and Appalachian Trail, kayaking at Kent Pond and nearby reservoirs, golf at Killington and Green Mountain National Golf Courses, and visits to Woodstock, Billings Farm Museum, Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park, Coolidge Homestead, and VINS.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Walking distance to the Killington bike park was a highlight. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and cookware - though there seemed to be an abundance of baby utensils? We used the pool, hot tub, AC (portable units) and the laundry daily. We loved the website listing things to do near our condo! Thanks so much!

Great spot on the mountain

Property location and set up was fantastic! The sports complex was great for after hitting the slopes. The front office was very helpful with adjusting our accommodations when issues came up.

Everything was wonderful. The internet was out which made the tvs not work but we were so tired from skiing we went right to sleep so it didnt matter the house was so clean and cozy. Thank you

Great condo that accommodated our large family of 6. The condo has everything you needs and the kids love the Pac-Man and games. The only drawback was no shuttles to the slopes only on Saturday and Sunday which wasn’t practical for us as one of us needed the car. Also no vacuum cleaner which wasn’t practical for carpeted floors. Otherwise A.

Location was clean and just as described. Firewood was plentiful and we were able to walk to Kilington Slopes. Needed some extra blankets and they were delivered immediately. Thanks

Very clean and spacious.

The property was very clean and the rooms were nice sizes. The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked with utensils and cooking needs. My only complaint is the bedding wasn’t the best and lacked fitted sheets. Otherwise it was a great place!

Good. Could have been better with a few changes

The 2 lounge chairs in the living space downstairs were in very poor shape. Leather was very old and peeling. No tissues or paper towls. No dressers in any of the sleeping quarters. Other than that the stay was very pleasant.

Convenient and homely

This unit was comfortable for a group of 5 adults. Nice having the wood burning fireplace and abundance of wood to stay warm after a day on the slopes. Would stay again!

Brilliant and atmospheric accommodation near to slopes

We loved our stay here. The property is so convenient for skiing, and was beautifully clean when we checked in. The kitchen was well equipped, the communication beforehand was professional and thoroughly helpful. The property felt cosy and we had a wonderful few days. There is a short walk from the car park to the accommodation with your luggage, just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues of any kind.

Killington Holiday Stay

The unit was very clean and is even nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed the fireplace and the nice loft. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items to cook with and the location is a short 5 minute walk to the Snowshed Base at Killington. Overall, my family was very pleased with the unit and if we return to the area we would certainly enjoy staying in it again if possible.
