Clean and modern condo located on the 2nd and last floor of a villa of 8 apartments, in the Avalon condominium complex, in Clearwater.
Here's what this condo can offer you, to make you feel at home away from home:

• 730 square feet with open floor plan concept and nice vaulted ceiling in the living room/kitchen area;
• A few steps away from the pool and the clubhouse;
• Furnished patio - a place where you can relax with your morning coffee;
• A bedroom with a king size bed with direct access to the bathroom and the patio;
• A sleeper sofa bed in the living room, great for guests travelling with kids, playpen:
• Unlimited Wi-Fi access;
• 4K Smart flat screen TV with basic cable and access to applications such as Netflix and YouTube, 2nd smart TV in the bedroom
• Open concept style kitchen and living area. Kitchen has many amenities allowing you to easily prepare your favorite homecooked meals;

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Avalon looks well maintained. People we met were very friendly. Condo was perfect for just the two of us. Only one negative was the floor a bit dirty on our arrival. Otherwise, very happy we chose this place.

Great place

We had a wonderful time. The condo was great. The location was convenient to grocery store, not to far of a drive to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent nearly the whole month here and had a great time. Such a good location! Beach, biking, grocery, dining and entertainment all at the tip of your hat! The heated pool was the social gathering point and met some great people. Clean, quite neighborhood with easy acces to nearly everything you will need. I absolutely recommend! Mada was great to work with. Was disappointed I was accused of smoking indoors, which was just not true. Don't miss this place, you'll regret it!

Great condo!

My husband, our two young daughters and I had the most amazing week stay at this condo. So nicely updated and decorated. Felt comfortable and safe here. Master bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud.. I want to order the same for home lol Everything we could've needed was provided, even coolers, Beach chairs, towels, Beach Toys... The pool was clean and a great size for the amount of vacationers there, and the condo was a close walk to the pool. Loved the community feel where a lot of people have come back for years and were all like family. Check in was simple, easy communication with the owners. Great location near plenty of restaurants/stores and just a short drive over the bridge to Clearwater Beach. We loved sand key beach much less busy and more parking! We would absolutely stay here again!

March at the Avalon

The condo was just perfect: large, Stylishly-decorated one bedroom condo with good-sized balcony. The hosts were incredibly responsive. For example, I asked if there was a tv in Master and they went out and bought one and hooked it up in time for our stay. The pool at the Avalon was always warm and well-maintained and filled with mature adults for the most part. Spring Break was more family-oriented. Abe's, next door is great for casual dining and there are a slew of restaurants nearby. A shopping center with several budget-friendly stores and a grocery is across the street. Clearwater Beach is 15 min drive in non-rush hour. I was a lovely 3 weeks.

pre-retirement trip

We stayed 26 nights in this apt. The apt was very clean, had a nicely stocked kitchen and other useful items like beach chairs/cabana etc. The apt grounds were clean and the pool was beautiful and heated. There was only one charcoal grill on the pool deck which made grilling inconvenient. The location was central. The apt complex is set back from a very busy Alt 19 road yet the complex is very quiet. Quiet walks limited to the complex because of the busy Alt 19 roads. We enjoyed using the Pinellas bike trail which is nearby. Our communication with our hosts Mada and Vera was very prompt and responsive to any questions or requests we had. We would stay here again if our travels bring us to this area again.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren für 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Mada und Vera. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnanlage liegt sehr Zentral, hat einen Pool, 5 Min. zu Fuß zum nächsten Publix und 7 Min. Autofahrt zur Clearwater Beach. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht, entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Bei Fragen sind Mada und Vera jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.
