- While the nearest beach is within walking distance, the development is hilly. It is recommended that you drive because there is free and ample parking in the lots

What an absolutely wonderful home!!! It was the perfect home for us for Thanksgiving. So cozy and family and dog friendly. Cheryl was amazing to communicate with. So thankful for our stay. We have already booked for next year!!!

My wife and I have been going to the Mt. Washington Valley since 1995 and we always make the pilgrimage to the area in October. So this year we stayed at this beautiful home in the Conway area. If you ever dreamed about staying in the Mt. Washington Valley, this home is a dream come true. From the upscale kitchen, to the spacious bed rooms and the new hot tub, this home had it all. It was so nice to sit on the deck and just gaze out over the trees in their fall colors and let your mind and body relax. There is also a fantastic game room down stairs which is certainly set up to provide entertainment to any child or adult.Plus the home is very close and no more than 10 to 15 minutes from North Conway and certainly located where it is a very easy drive to the mountains, ski areas and many other areas of attraction.Finally no rental would be complete without a home owner who takes tremendous pride in their home. Cheryl and her husband who own the home are tremendous people and my wife and I enjoyed communicating with Cheryl during our stay at house. We shared photos of our dogs and usually I would text Cheryl on a daily bases about our experiences. It felt like we were part of her rental family. We can not wait to reserve another weekend stay in this beautiful home next year.

Above and Beyond

Our stay here was absolutely above and beyond what we expected. My boys were instantly in love with the toys and amenities in the basement and the rest of us felt instantly at east when we walked in. Would highly recommend.

Cheryl was a fantastic host, super responsive, and always available when we had questions. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the stay comfortable. The house was exactly as described, and our kids had a wonderful time (kids loved the game area/play area). We also really appreciated the thoughtful gift, it was such a sweet touch. We had a great experience and would happily stay again!

Such a great spot for a family getaway. Tons of toys and activities for kids of all ages. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was the perfect size to make family meals in! The host is very easy to communicate with and it is very apparent they want to make sure your stay is as easy and comfortable as possible ! We will definitely be coming back to this property again.

Spacious and Immaculate

The home was spacious and immaculate. The host was excellent and very communicative. The hot tub was large and so clean! The home was stocked with everything we needed. Our dog was welcomed and had toys and a comfy bed for him. Highly recommend.

We take a family trip to Conway every year, and Cheryl's place was absolutely perfect. We stayed with our two kids, our dog and another family joined us as well. The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed. There was plenty of kids toys, baby gear and even supplies for our dog! The home was stocked with all the beach essentials making it easy to enjoy one of the neighborhood private beaches. The home is close to many hiking trails, North Conway and Storyland. Check-in and check-out was super easy! Cheryl has been a really great host. She is extremely responsive and was quick to answer any questions we had. We truly loved our stay and would definitely return.

Fantastic home!

As a returning guest to NAC Conway, we are thrilled every year to experience all of the amazing updates Cheryl and Kyle make to the property. The new furniture and updates to the game room were our favorite. It’s always extremely clean, has TONS of amenities (more than any other property we’ve stayed at) and the location is absolutely perfect. This place is so comfortable it’s a true home away from home.If you’re looking for a place to stay with family that feels like you’re staying at someone’s home, this is it! So cozy, yet spacious. Great amenities and wonderful hosts.

Outstanding

It is apparent how much pride and care the owners put into this rental. They go above and beyond for the guest. The house is beautiful and perfect for families. The downstairs has a big play space for kids and a big open concept living/dining area. The location is great too. It's in very quiet development, but not far from downtown North Conway. Cheryl also provided us with a list of activities for our group. We are already talking about a booking a stay this summer.

Amazing!

Amazing home

Absolutely amazing home! So many amenities and in the PERFECT area of Conway. There’s something for everyone here. The house was perfectly immaculate and we felt right at home with our two young kids and two dogs. You can have a peaceful day hanging out at the pond, a fun time in the “kids’ layer” downstairs or venture out on a short drive to find all that Conway and North Conway has to offer. All you need is to pack your personal belongings and this property has the rest! It was our FOURTH time returning to NAC and we look forward to our next visit.

Amazing vacation

We had the best vacation at NAC Conway! The layout of the house was perfect for our family of five as well as when our friends and their children came up to go to storyland. Having the playroom downstairs was awesome and the kids loved having that space. The pond and beaches were so close and fun to jump off the docks. We can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing house!

We visited for a girls weekend away and the house was amazing! There was plenty of room for all of us that we didn’t feel like we were on top of anyone. The host was so helpful with recommendations and being in touch in case we needed anything! 10/10 recommended visiting the soaking pot in North Conway! The house was a perfect location to North Conway but also out of the hustle and bustle of town. Will definitely be back soon! Been thinking about the next trip since I left. Thank you for everything

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Serene Oasis

We had an incredible stay at this house. It was a great time to relax and enjoy with friends. We stayed during the eclipse, and it was breathtaking from the large deck on the front of the house. The house and location feels like a serene oasis. We will be back soon!

What an awesome way to spend New Year's with your family! We had a great time staying here including every thing about the house, location, was exactly as described! Cheryl was an awesome host very good with communication throughout the whole stay! There was even a gift left for us when we arrived for New Year's which was much appreciated! We look forward to spending another long weekend here in the future. The house had everything we needed including a grill outdoors, plenty of places to sit, play cards, have dinner for the whole family. Thanks again.

Perfect Christmas week for our family!

My husband and I moved to a small rental after hosting Christmas in our home for 27 years. Our new townhome isn't yet complete, so we worried that we wouldn't be able to gather for the holidays this year. However, after seeing a Facebook post showing the NAC Conway house, I thought we might have found a solution. It ended up being perfect! Cheryl was so welcoming, even putting up a Christmas tree for us and leaving a fun game as a gift. We were able to enjoy a week with our sons, our eldest son's fiancée, and my mom as well as the family dogs. We enjoyed the fireplace and had many tasty meals and rousing games around the dining room table. We all had enough room to spread out and enjoy some privacy and quiet reflection when needed, but we were happiest when enjoying each other's company in the great room/kitchen/dining area. We had everything we needed and more! Truly, a lovely, welcoming family home!

Rest and Rejuvenation at NAC Conway

We had a perfect vacation at NAC Conway! This has to be one of the top rental properties we have ever stayed in. They have everything you could possibly need for adults and children alike, the beds are extraordinarily comfortable, the location is central to every activity we had scheduled from leaf peeping on the Kancamagus Highway to taking the cog train up Mt.Washington. Cheryl has gone out of her way to have the extra special touches from soaps and shampoos to a welcome gift and note upon arrival. Check in was easy, and Cheryl was very communicative with us to make sure we had arrived and had everything we needed. She offered several suggestions of activities, places to eat, shop, grocery stories - really anything you can think of. We had a question about the house and Cheryl responded within minutes and we were set. We were looking for a quiet spot to unwind and disconnect from our day to day. Sitting outside on the deck or in the lounge chairs by the fire pit listening to the quiet was exactly what we needed. We were so comfortable and relaxed, we even decided to extend our vacation an extra day. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest and rejuvenate in the White Mountains near Conway - look no further as you have found the perfect spot. We are already discussing our next visit to NAC Conway and look forward to our return.
