*We treat our guests like royalty and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please let us know if you have any special requests.
*We live upstairs but your space is very private. There are no adjoining walls and our windows don't face any of your spaces or the pool.
*The bedroom area is semi open-plan with curtains.
*5th guest will be on a mattress on the floor. If you are more than 4, or you want more privacy, you might consider booking our larger Airbnb option that includes an extra queen bedroom and ensuite. See our other listings (click on my profile).
*The apartment and patio is not child-proof. Parents must be vigilant.

*Apartment is on the ground floor: no steps. Private entrances, private spacious outdoor space and private pool gate.
*Pool is heated to 27-30C+ all dry season. We honour your privacy and never use the pool or back garden when guests are on the property.
*Our property is gated and locked.
* Long term rental? 1 Oct to 31 March only. $4000 per calendar month + bond clean.
NOTE:
- We live in a family neighbourhood where our neighbours also like to enjoy their verandas. Because of this we cannot allow boom box playing on the premises. If you want a loud party, the Foreshore, The Beachfront Hotel, or the CBD are great places for that.
- We are located 15 mins from the CBD of Darwin City. It is advisable that you have a car, but not essential as there are bikes and Uber. The location is fantastic and many people prefer it to the CBD.
- For insurance purposes, pool and amenity use is for paying guests only. Visitors must be checked in as guests.
- Aircons are professionally cleaned annually.
- Billy the gecko lives in the kitchen and eat flies and midges. On rare occasions you might be lucky to see Percy the harmless python or Wally the wacky water monitor visit the garden. Possums and native rats run about on our roof and fence and provide entertainment. While we change the roach baits 4x year and have the place professionally sprayed twice a year, an occasional cockroach might still sometimes wander in. No pest control can get rid of sandflies/mozzies/midges, but we encourage you to use the Aerogard that is supplied. This is all just part of fun of living in Darwin (and Australia).
