Generously spacious, light filled and inviting with a wonderful entertaining area, including a pool and spa, set on an acre.
Walking distance to inlet. Door step to screw creek and nature walk. Sits opposite 60 acres of kangaroo grazing crown lands!
Beautiful place to relax and enjoy time together.
This generous property comfortably sleeps 9 people. Itâs fresh, clean, airy and a beautiful space to relax and enjoy quality time together. It works well for people to enjoy catching up while having their own area to retreat.
Itâs positioned in a stunning location of Inverloch, where guests can enjoy a well know nature walk along screw creek and to Townsend Bluff views, walk to the inlet for a swim, or stroll further into town for your coffee!
This is our family home so we expect quests to respect it, and leave it as found. There will be minimal clothing stored away in wardrobes, but plenty of space made for guests to use.
We willingly leave our home set up for guest use :) This includes kitchen appliance including a coffee machine, pantry staples, and some kids toys. Please don't consider booking if you are not confident it will be respected and cared for.
MAIN HOUSE:
5 bedrooms comprise of:
-1 king master suite and ensuite which includes a bath.
-1 queen bed.
- kids room with 2 single beds.
-Another kids room with 2 single beds.
-bedroom with single day bed and option to have porta cot.
-full bathroom
-separate toilet and vanity
-Netflix on TV
There are two undercover areas outside. The main alfresco faces north and includes a newly renovated to built-in BBQ and wok burner, also a 3 door bar fridge, lounge and 12mt pool with built in spa and splash deck to cater for the whole family.
Another alfresco area on the south has swing seats and bench seats with pull down screens to create a cosy indoor-outdoor space.
There are Two King Guest Suites which are part of the property. These are NOT included in this price but can be requested with additional costs if not currently rented out. These include:
Two luxuriously king bed suites are purposely built to be private and accessed independently from the house. Each are seperate to the other and have their own independent king beds, walk in robe, ensuite, and kitchenette. Netflix on TVâs.
If guest suites are booked out you can be reassured these guests do not have access to the back yard (1acre property). They are accessed independently from the front of the property.
This is a spacious and generous package which would be perfect if you holiday with another small family.
There is a very generous laundry with washing machine. Two outside clothes lines.
The main kitchen is generous in size and easily caters for our large family, all standard and extra cooking aids and appliances will be left in kitchen for guests to use respectfully. This includes a coffee machine, dishwashers, ovens, and induction cook top with pots and pans.
The kitchen includes a generous butlers pantry with ample preparation area.
There is a large chicken coop in the back yard. This usually has chickens. These animals will remain locked in the coop. Guests welcome to interact and theyâd love your food scraps.
Also there is a monkey bar set and trampoline which guest are welcome to enjoy.
