Enjoy the comforts of home in this newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo! Within walking distance to both historic downtown Canmore & Canmore's trendy new district "The Beat", there are countless shops & restaurants to explore after a day in the fabulous Rocky Mountains. With cozy beds, an electric fireplace, mountain views & AC for the bedrooms, it's easy to kick back & relax in this stylish condo. Perfect for families/couples & pet friendly! Added bonus: 2 underground heated parking stalls!

Think of this as your home away from home in the Canadian Rockies! Located in the heart of Canmore and just a short drive (less than 20 minutes) to downtown Banff. Our place is family & pet friendly! Amazing hiking, biking, golfing, and kayaking close-by with the ski hills Lake Louise, Sunshine, and Nakiska. Easy access to the Canmore Nordic Centre and Provincial Park!

This condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Stylishly decorated featuring art work by local artists. Guests are provided with a custom access code for key free entry allowing you to avoid the time consuming 'check-in' steps and simply come and go as you please during your visit.

Bedrooms - The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed, Smart TV and full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and full sized closet. Both bedrooms have stylish, comfortable linens with extra blankets, if necessary. The two bedrooms are separated by the living room adding extra privacy. A portable air conditioning units are installed in both bedrooms during the summer months.

Bathrooms - There is a ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom as well as another full bathroom beside the second bedroom. Both have a tub/shower - towels, hand soap, shampoo and body wash included.

Living/Dining - There is a small 4 seat table between the kitchen and living area. In the living room, there is a couch which folds out into a double bed (linens included). (If you would prefer a larger 3rd bed, there is also a double high queen pillowtop airbed available that could be used instead of the sofa bed - linens also included). There is a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime & cable. Complimentary WiFi is included.

Kitchen - Inside the unit you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all dishes and cooking utensils you will need. Appliances included are: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a small blender.

Patio - There is a balcony off the living room with a sliding door and amazing views of Mt Rundle! BBQ grill available for your use on patio.

Laundry - There is a laundry closet with a good sized stackable washer and dryer - laundry detergent is included.

Parking - You will have access to TWO titled parking spot in the underground heated parkade during your stay. One stall is perfect for oversized vehicles while the other stall is suitable for small to medium sized vehicles. There is also free outdoor parking behind the condo building, as well as on the street.

Park Pass Available! Complimentary use of our Park Pass ($20/day savings). Also - there is a can of bear spray available in the unit for all guests to use for the duration of your stay. You are in the wildlife's habitat, please respect their space and stay safe.

Family-friendly! Crib (pack n' play) & high chair available. Kitchen stocked with kid friendly dishes, and loads of board games available for family fun in the unit. There are two Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and cable. Also, there is a wide variety of board games suitable for all ages also available for your use in the condo.

Pet friendly! This is a pet friendly unit! While we welcome your furry family members, we do require that you indicate that you will be bringing a pet with you during your stay and book them using the VRBO app. Please keep pets off all furniture. Dogs must be crated if being left alone for a reasonable amount of time. Please don't leave your dog alone all day as barking may disturb the other guests.

Gym - there is a fully equipped fitness gym on the property for your use which has a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, free weights, yoga ball, and cable weights. Available 24 hours.

The perfect spot in a fantastic location!

We adore Megan’s place! It’s the best spot for Canmore and Banff adventuring, equipped with everything you may need and with the most gorgeous view from the patio. This was our first vacation with our nine-month-old daughter and we so appreciated the height chair, pack and play, and kid-friendly dishes available at the unit. We hope to stay again soon!

The building was easy to navigate to and from, parking was a breeze, the host included everything you could possibly need + more. The coffee supplied was wonderful (we actually stopped by the store to take some home). Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

We had a great time in Canmore! The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The condo was clean and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was very convenient and the park pass was a great bonus for us. Would definitely rebook this condo when we return to Alberta.

Long weekend

The place was perfect for 2 couples with two bedrooms and two baths. We had all the things we needed to make meals including coffee, a few spices and olive oil. AC was a bit loud but kept the place cool. The location was great. We walked to restaurants, shops and trailhead across town. Would recommend this place. Thank you!

Comfortable stay in Canmore

A nice property that is a mix of a hotel with private condos in the same building. Was clean and simple, the rooms were comfortable. Easily walk to amenities, and downtown isn't far either. You can take a boardwalk to the trendy area which is nice. Onlly thing that'd be better was if there were a few bikes included to zip around. Good board game selection condo.selectioncondo.Wale by

A good basic unit for two coupkes

Well equipped at a decent price point relative to Canmore. Bedrooms are smaller but adequate Air conditioning is bulky floor units in each bedroom. Very detailed instructions provided for the multitude of passcodes for parkades, entrances, elevators,etc.

Well stocked unit

This unit was extremely comfortable, and well stocked with amenities. However the lobby area was currently under construction which we were not informed about. This shouldn't impact your stay.

Definitely recommend!

Stayed here May 20-25, 2024. What a lovely clean and comfortable place! The beds are firm foam and super comfy with plush duvets and quality pillows. Kitchen had everything we needed including olive oil, spices, ice, slow cooker to name a few. TV has full cable with every app to get cozy in the evening after a long day of sightseeing and snuggle in to a good movie or show. The host was super responsive as well. Yes there are a lot of codes. Just put them all in a notepad on your phone and you’ll be fine. In my opinion it keeps the building secure. You can tell the host has thought of most things required when staying away from home. Definitely recommend!

The pros were- location, hot shower, comfy beds and kitchen amenities were very appreciated. Cons were the furniture was dated and not comfortable for any of our group of four. The towels were I will say, cheap, rough and small. Felt like you could scratch sensitive skin. And the dishwasher is SO noisy. Do not turn it on before going to bed!!! Unit was very warm (and I would usually never complain about too much heat) and we couldn’t control the heat at all. We would rate at about a 3.5 and that is based on the pros as noted above.

Nice place in Canmore

The owner was very helpful. The condo had airconditioning in the master bedroom was enjoyed due to the hot weather some of the days and was able to cool down the other rooms well too. Their assigned parking space in the the garage/parkade was very helpful due to there being no parking available on the street. It was very clean and comfortable.

Pretty place

It was a well maintained apartment/condo. Spacious enough for 5 people. Since it was pet friendly my dog enjoyed it as well. The kitchen was well stocked with basic amenities, place was very clean and comfortable to stay. The owner was always very responsive for any asks and queries. It’s a great place to stay if you want to stay away from the touristy crowd at Banff. You have all the basic amenities within reach of this place as it’s right near downtown Canmore. We had faced problems with water for a day due to building maintenance but Megan was patient enough to keep checking with the building manager and communicate updates. I would suggest checking building maintenance dates before visit. While we were there there was painting job going on as well. We didn’t have any issues with that if anyone has paint allergy it could be bothering. So these are the only checks one should do before visiting. Overall our stay has been good.

Perfect Spot for a Weekend

This was a perfect spot for our weekend with friends and our little family. Enough room to set up our pack n’ plays in each room. And a short walk to downtown. She also had kid cutlery and bowls which was amazing!

Nice condo, but…

The condo itself is nice. No high end finishes but nice appliances. Well stocked with cutlery, plates, pans etc. Also a bag of coffee and red rose tea. Lots of spices, salt and pepper. Comfy beds. Rocky Mountain soap to use. The big thing that brought the rating down is the access to parking. The assigned spot was next to two large pillars. We were not able to fit our minivan in the spot and had to scramble park the whole time. While this is not the condo owner’s fault, it is the main reason I will not rent this condo again. Another thing that bothered me was that there was no cable tv. It was Roko and other subscription services. Which would have been fine, if we knew beforehand. Probably not a big deal to most, but it bugged us. Also, the owner mentioned that the front desk personnel wouldn’t be able to help us with any issues. Again, fine. But there was no front desk. It was deserted. And looked to have been for quite some time. So not sure why that was mentioned. The common areas of the building were clean, but in desperate need of new carpeting and a fresh coat of paint. It was awesome that we could bring our dog, but those few issues mean we won’t be repeat guests. If you have a small vehicle or don’t mind scramble parking then this is a great place to rent.
