The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.

Needs to be better maintained

All in all we had some issues when we first arrived with trash being all over the front porch and smelt horrible. I also reported a few broken items which the property manager came out and fixed but didn't fix the most important thing during our stay and it was never fixed was there was a screen missing from the pool area and we won't really able to enjoy it out there at night without being chewed up by bugs, that was the main downfall for us. But could be a really nice stay if it was little cleaner and better maintained in my opinion.

Family vacation

I've read the reviews before renting this house. So i figured i would give them the benefit of the doubt. The house is a nice house but we have a big family and there is no privacy in the house everyone has to share a bathroom all rooms are like a jack and Jill room sharing bathrooms. there was furniture broken. It had a weird smell in the house and dishes. And upon our arrival the cleaning lady was mopping with her baby. she said the family before us had left late and she just started cleaning. So we couldn't settle in till almost 6. our first day there we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the whole house and wash our bed sheets and blankets because they were not washed they all had make up and hair on the bed sheets and pillows. We did receive a pack of sheets for one bed though after letting the management know. Our pool was dirty when we got there the water was cloudy and slimy but management got someone to clean the water however they didn't get the green algae out so the water got dirty again. We found a snake in our pool area. I come to Florida a lot and majority of the time we rent houses in Orlando davenport area. And this one disappointed me big time. It really needs to be deep cleaned there is dust everywhere and some of the furniture was broken we pay a cleaning fee just for us to have to clean on our first day there. I'm just saying people should get what they pay for. I wouldn't stay at this house again. It's too much money and you don't get what you pay for.

Renters BEWARE!!!

This rental is the definition of false advertising. Our group arrived on Thanksgiving excited for 9 days at this “luxurious 9Br Villa/Pool with amazing private view.” Upon first inspection we noticed how dilapidated and dirty the unit appeared. Multiple beds were missing top sheets or comforters, there weren’t enough towels or for everyone in our party to have 1 or silverware for our group of 14 to eat together. A bathroom door knob in the upstairs came off whenever you turned it and there was broken furniture everywhere you looked including bar stools, coffee tables, entertainment center shelves, the outdoor couch and loungers. The sectional couch had no way to keep the modular sections from slipping apart and was incredibly uncomfortable without any end pieces. The dishwasher never dried our dishes and the pots and pans are horrendously scratched and in need of replacement. The walls and floors throughout the entire house are stained, scratched, and in need of repair. On top of all the initial problems we paid for pool heat so 7 kids could enjoy swimming in the cooler weather and we woke up to an ice cold pool every morning for the first 5 days of the trip. I spent countless hours of my vacation complaining about the pool heat and demanding they send someone to fix it. An error appeared on the pool heater every morning to stop it from heating so if we were lucky it would get up to 80 by 6pm after waiting all day. I called multiple times a day everyday and while the management company rep I spoke with was friendly and tried to be helpful, it took over half our trip to get resolved. The cherry on top was the pool fence. We had a 3 year old in the group so we were obviously concerned about pool safety and It was broken when we arrived. The broken remnants were sticking out of the patio and two of our kids tripped and cut their feet on them. I sent pictures of all the problems in the house early on and asked them to move us to a safe and clean house. VRBO wasn’t helpful at all because we didn’t report everything in the first 12 hours. We arrived at nighttime and were told the pool was heating and we couldn’t tell the pool fence was broken in the dark so when we reported everything the next morning it had been 16 hours since official check in and we were out of luck. This has been a terrible experience and I will think twice about ever renting from VRBO again. Way too much of my vacation was spent on the phone trying to get the problems fixed.

Nice House It was a good location

Frank I am a mother and grandmother I rented from you before in Terrveta. My family arrived 2 hours early it was one lady cleaning a 9 bedroom 5 bath home we waited outside for her to finish. When I was able to enter the home to inspect with my son and sister, we noticed there was not enough towels it was only 4 and 4 four wash clothes for a home that held 20 people, even though i only had 13. The walls were soiled with hand and scuff prints, we all were tired from the trip in from differnet locations we were ready to shower and relax. I called mangement for more and towels and was advised to look in the closet so once i went in the garage i found a closet there and it only held two more towels and no wash clothes i was advised that someone would bring more but only recieved 4 more towels and no washcloths but gave had towels. This made me have to go and purchase more towels and wash clothes. The garbage dispossel was broke and the springs in the couch was broke so you could not sit on it, the shower door in the master bathroom by the poll leaks. The kitchen cabnet doors need to be tighter. We could not have a movie night cause the cables on the projector were unhooked. There was damp sheets on the bed one bed only had a mattress cover on it. To come in on a flight for over ten hours and some who drove even longer to come in and have to change wet sheets and make beds that were not made was a headache. I am 73 years old needless to say and to have family with me and I not get to bed until 1am pcause i had to wash and dry sheets to put on the bed the dryer took 2 hours to dry sheets and even longer to dry towels. I did call mangement 4 times and the phone was never answered again after i had spoke to them once about the towels, I did haqve to speak very harsh toward them once I did get a reaponse frome someone I was very irritated. I am not upset with you Frank Or Winnie I am upset that I have rented from you before and i do not feel you are being advised of what needs to be taken care of in your homes, I have read the other reviews on the home and these reviews are true. I feel that one person can not clean a home this big by herself. If at all possible you need to go out and check on your property or have some do it for you, I do not aqdvise mangement to be the ones to do it. All the parties involved will lose money if these problems are not fixed. I feel i lost money and time and my trip was not what I planned once i entered this home.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

The condition of this home is practically unlivable. Every time we thought we found all the issues we stumbled upon another. The home was very dirty, which is even more concerning with the pandemic. So much was broken. The furniture in the tv area upstairs was damaged. All of the gaming equipment in the garage was either broken or damaged. There was mold in the bathrooms. There was blood and urine stains on the sheets. We have spent most of our first day washing the bedding from each room. The walls were disgusting. The carpet was dirty and has a very weird texture (crunchy).The furniture in the living room was badly stained, and many pieces broken. The jets in the hot tub do not work. Some doorknobs were broken off. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The closet was full of broken furniture. The few towels that were there were stained. I can’t believe they are renting a vacation home in this condition.

Large & spacious!

It was confusing accessing the property. I didn't receive the address with my confirmation email. I had to ask for check out instructions. There was not an additional trash bin by the garage as stated in the check out instructions. I had no idea where to place our trash and didn't know they picked up every day. There is not enough towels with this property. There should be more towels with the amount of bathrooms. Also, there should be better quality of pots & pans provided. There was 16 plates, cups and bowls provided. The dishwasher was broken upon arrival and after reading the reviews it looks like it's been broken since April; the dryer door is bent so you have to lift the door up to close; the door handle on the Star Wars bathroom is broken; the sink in the Mickey Mouse bathroom drains slow. Over all we loved the property. If the above items were corrected and the check in and check out process was made easier this would be the perfect property.

Dirty

It first started when we arrived. Smoke detector chirping for low battery, floors nasty dirty, leftover balloon floating on the ceiling from previous guest, old balloon tied to the chandelier. I put in an email in when we first arrived because phone calls weren’t being answered even leaving voicemails about the cleanliness of this place and the smoke detector. And a sticker on the dishwasher that says not working! Which wasn’t disclosed to us before arrival. This was on a Saturday, I finally got a hold of someone on Monday about everything and was told sorry. There wasn’t even a vacuum to clean ourselves. A maintenance person showed up on Wednesday about the smoke detector, and a brand new vacuum was delivered to us on Thursday. I was told this place was built spring of 2019. What a shame of how bad of shape this place is in!! Obviously the money isn’t being put back into this investment property! 3 beds are broken in some of the bedrooms, 2 barstools broken, broken furniture put in the storage closet, air hockey table is broken and unusable. I get wear and tear on rental property but this place is awful when it comes to appearance and cleanliness. Hopefully they rectify these issues but until then save your money and rent somewhere else that doesn’t use COVID as an excuse for cleanliness! SAD!

Major Regrets * Expensive Poorly Managed Property * Many issues* Believe the reviews!

This home is owned by a corporation/company not private owner as it implies, which prompts the word Slumlords to mind when I think of how it's managed! My family of 13 ages 52 to 1yrs rented 7/31 - 8/7. Goal was to have a place for us to relax and roam free of mask and restrictions Deposit May/final non-refund June at which time there was only one questionable review about broken cabinets. 7/6, my daughter noticed 2 new concerning reviews. I immediately contacted Frank stating my concern. Thinking that he was the owner, I took him at his word when he said that all of the issues were taken care of with the change in property managers. At this point all of our travel arrangements were made and rental was nonrefundable. I had a foreboding feeling & should have contacted VRBO for options. We checked into a completely uncleaned home. The property was vacated by the previous renters and we walked into the same unclean, unsanitary conditions they left behind. The pool had a greasy film on top, the jacuzzi was not working. I was beyond angry as I contacted all of the numbers provided. Finally Frank asked me if I wanted to cancel my booking, at this point it is 5pm Saturday, some of us drove 14hrs - where are we supposed to go? While waiting my adult daughters and I surfaced cleaned the areas where the young children were confined for 3hr+ hours until the cleaners came. This is a huge home, It took till 11:30 pm for a cleaning crew of 3 to clean bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen only. They found urine on one bed so moved that to garage. Of course there was no clean bedding so they had to bring new linens, we were left to wash our own comforters and pillow shams, "property manager" brought towels no washcloths or hand towels. We were left with 4 pool towels. When asked what happened "PM" told me that I needed to speak with the booking agent. I LOST IT!....we paid a lot of money to rent this place and she is the property manager who should talk to whom? It is untrue that the properties have a 24hr rest period between rentals. We witnessed renters throughout the week check-out at 10am and new in by 4pm all around us. We spent day 1 & 2 cleaning house & washing bedding. Issues: broken beds, soiled beds & bedding, broken cabinets, stools/chairs & vases; dirty pool, walls, dishes & oven; no mats in bath, washer no hot water. TV's super confusing. VRBO was no help at all. Filed claim...waiting w/Pics & video Get CX anytime insurance & read bad reviews!

Family vacation

Check in was easy. Great location. Minor repairs needed. Management company was helpful with addressing our concerns.. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
