The unit will accommodate up to six guests with it's spacious 1050 sq. feet floor Plan.

The living room has TV/cable, sofa, plus 2 comfortable reclining chairs, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and the amazing view of the sandy white beach, emerald water and breathtaking sunsets.

The dining area includes a table that seats four, along with the bar area that seats two.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small major kitchen appliances, and granite counter tops.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, 1 comfortable occasional chairs, TV/cable, master has nice vanity and tub & shower combo & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The guest bedroom has one Queen size bed, TV/Cable, and access to the Guest bathroom which has a walk-in shower, and sliding glass doors that lead to it's own small private balcony.

There is a washer/dryer in the condo, towels and linens are provided for in-room use and tile flooring throughout the unit.

The patio accommodates seating for six.

The "C" building faces sideways so you are facing west/down the beach/water and has a great view of two pools (1 outdoor pool seasonally heated Fall thru Spring depending on the weather and temperatures)
