This stunning custom built cottage sits on a pristine, private, spring-fed pond that is perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddle-boarding. Parents can sunbathe on the dock, relax with a cold drink in classic Muskoka chairs, or dip in the hot tub, while the kids cannonball off the floating island or roast marshmallows at the beautiful outdoor fire pit. The sandy beach is perfect for smaller children. Lots of pool noodles, life jackets, sand toys, lawn darts available. There is an amazing array of wildlife (deer, ducks, porcupines, turkeys, and turtles).

Indoors, play a game of pool, use the elliptical trainer, treadmill or free weights, or snuggle up in one of two living rooms equipped with smart TVs, Cogeco cable and Amazon Fire TV to log in to your favourite streaming services (Disney+ access provided). Kids' hideaway under the stairs. Lots of board games.

The house has soaring cathedral ceilings, fully equipped chef's kitchen, large master bathroom with private full bath, three spare bedrooms (two queens, two singles), plus office with monitor and printer (high speed internet available throughout). Bedroom furniture is all new and custom made. One queen bedroom is fully equipped with Pottery Barn crib and change table (and high chair).

Located five minutes from Deerhurst and Grandview resorts, and 15 minutes from downtown Huntsville, with shops, restaurants and patios. Casual and fine dining options available. The community includes access to a private nature reserve and hiking trails, and is a short drive to Arrowhead and Algonquin provincial parks.
