Watch Hill #524 is the ideal Colorado getaway for family and friends. Equipped for time together – there's the fully appointed kitchen, open concept living/dining/kitchen area, TV, and plenty of room to spread out – the home also offers room for everyone: two bedrooms, pullout sofa and 2 full baths, not to mention the amazing raised deck with views of the forest and Buffalo Mountain Range. We offer fast Internet speed (50-60 mbps), and cable. This home is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Condo overlooks forest and Buffalo Mountain.

Right in the center of it all, in scenic Silverthorne and minutes from everything, Watch Hill #524 is just a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails, and natural wonders. And FYI, we're just 15 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to ski over Memorial Day Weekend.

Summit County offers some of the most diverse terrain available in the world. Bundle up and enjoy world-class downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, tubing, sledding, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, dog sledding, festivals, hiking, fishing, local theater, concerts, outlet shopping, and more.

Christmas Break

This property was as described on the site. It was clean and was big enough for our family of 6. The location, while tucked quite a bit back in a neighborhood, was close to Breckenridge and Frisco.

Quiet & close to everything

Nice, clean, and quiet condo right above Silverthorne. Mat communicated right away when we had a question. Easy to find, and easy check-in. Close to outlet ski rentals, and close to Keystone for family skiing. Yes, we would come back to this one. Roomy for our family of four.

Christmas in Colorado

My husband and I wanted to take our 3 kids skiing over Christmas this year. We’ve been skiing in Colorado before but never to Keystone. I found the condo listing and we booked it. Mat & Penni were so easy to communicate with. The condo looked just like the pictures when we arrived. It was perfect for us to spend Christmas in the mountains. We made the decision that we will be making this our yearly Christmas trip.

Winter Getaway

This place worked pretty well for our family of 6. It is always hard to put all 4 kids in one room, but the queen over queen bunk bed helped. It was cozy and well-maintained. The indoor hot tub was a great selling point for us, as well as the views. We live in Colorado and are up in the mountains frequently, so my only big criticism of our stay was the price. Even with it being a holiday weekend, I thought it was a little overpriced. I talked to another owner in the same complex and she was shocked by the nightly rate. Overall though, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay for a family of 4 during the Holidays!

Our family stayed here very recently during New Years week to Ski at a nearby resort. Our 2 elementary school children slept comfortably in the large bunk beds and in their own room. The laundry (washer and dryer) was inside the home, it was wonderful and so Convenient to do laundry on-site. This home has lovely windows and a great view of the outside!! Pic of the view were missing from the booking site, such a great selling point. They should include those pics. The kitchen had a ton of supplies like plates, utensils, etc. Our family of 4 had plenty of space here and enjoyed our stay!

Copper Mountain Skiing Mon-Thu

Great, affordable place if you don't mind driving to Copper which is simplicity and less than 20 minutes. Recommend they provide directions to hot tub, amenities, etc. Some sort if guide/welcome info.

Nice views with some issues

The condo has amazing views with a nice kitchen and living room, deck and 2 bedrooms + 2 baths. Very clean throughout. However, the unit is located next to a mechanical room for the building and there were constant noises (compressor/fan) that were loud enough to interfere with our sleep. The beds were also pretty uncomfortable, which didn't help.

Great mountain condo in Silverthorne

This place was great for my family of 5. The place has everything you need and is in great condition. My kids loved the large bunk beds and everyone slept well. Convenient parking lot right outside the door as condo is located on the same level. Kitchen has nice appliances and plenty of utensils. We played board games and enjoyed the comfy living room. We skied at Copper which was an easy drive, twenty minutes away. Thanks!
