Marta is an outstanding host. She checked in with us and provided lots of helpful information about the area. The apartment provided all the amenities anyone could want and is very well maintained. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful property.

This apartment is spacious and extremely well furnished. You could just move in with your clothes and live here! Marta, our host, greeted us on our arrival and provided a wealth of information about what to do in the area. I have stayed in a number of places along the way and this stands out as a great place.

The host had covered everything…including Toiletries !! Very comfortable feel in great neighborhood.I doubt you could find a better host anywhere else!

Large, well-equipped, comfortable basement apartment in a great location for seeing the sights of southern Utah. Host was easy to communicate with, easily accessible, but not intrusive. Great value. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this VRBO for 2 weeks while on rotation for residency and I had the most amazing experience. Marta was responsive, and accommodating throughout my stay, which made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. The home was spotless and looked exactly like the photos—everything was clean, well maintained, and true to the listing. Since we were staying for an extended period, I brought extra supplies like paper towels and shampoo, but Marta had already stocked the home so thoughtfully that I ended up not needing any of it. Her attention to detail and hospitality really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you Marta!

Passing through

We were passing through in our way to Arizona. Needed a quiet place to work for the afternoon and evening. The owner/manager was so sweet and helpful, even when the electricity went out in the entire area. They brought us extra supplies, checked in us and updated us several times. Thankful for the rental and the hospitality.

Fantastic time in Blanding

We had a great time staying in the basement apartment. The owner lives upstairs and she is very kind, generous, and helpful. She offered toys for our son to play with, gave us tips on what to do, and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated how well stocked it was, the kitchen had one of everything we needed and then some, and everything was in great condition. We ate dinner in the back yard and our son enjoyed exploring the yard and playing in the grass. We would definitely stay here again!

As advertised

It was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, comfy beds, nice quiet location. My only ‘complaint’ is regarding highly scented bathroom soaps/shampoos, and laundry detergent. It is a challenge for anyone with allergies.

Cute, homelike

This location was perfect for my needs. The full kitchen allowed for all meals to be eaten on site and a grocery store in town was very convenient. The actual location put me about an hour away from several major attractiions in the area, plus ones I that I did not know about, and thoroughly enjoyed. It is a basement apartment, and there is a person living on the upper level, which was not a problem to me, but worth knowing. You do hear the footsteps when they are above. Not a complaint, just noting. All in all, I would stay here again, and plan on if my wife says she wants to go to Utah someday.

Owner Marta is so nice, helpful, and considerate! She provided an area map with lots of info about area places to go with photos. The basement apartment has two nice bedrooms and one bath with a nice tiled shower. Everything you could want is provided, including snacks, coffee, all cooking utensils, nice large washer and dryer. A lovely place that has been lovingly renovated recently, and has plenty of extra nice touches! The stairs down to the apartment could use a handrail, and that is in the works. This property owner lives upstairs and is quiet and ready to help in any way. Highly recommend! Her guestbook is full of appreciative comments from guests from around the world. Our 3 day visit was a pleasure! Thanks, Marta!
