♿ ACCESSIBILITY
PLEASE NOTE: Our townhouse is not wheelchair accessible and people with mobility issues may have challenges with all the stairs.

Our townhouse is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building and is accessible only via an open staircase (no elevator). There is also a set of stairs within the unit as it is spread across two floors.

If ground-floor or step-free access is required, we would be happy to recommend other units in the same complex that may be more suitable to your accessibility needs.

📏 HOUSE RULES
To ensure a relaxing stay for everyone in the complex, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No parties or events.
- Occupancy: Only registered guests; primary renter must be 25+ and stay the entire booking.
- No Parties: This is a family-friendly complex. Parties or events are not allowed.
- Smoking & Fire: No smoking inside or on patios. No open flames.
- Pool & Hot Tub: 10 AM – 10 PM; children must be supervised.
- Care of Property: Excessive cleaning, damage, or misuse may incur additional fees.
- Check-Out: Return keys and parking pass; wash dishes and remove garbage/recycling.
- Security: Ring doorbell for communication only; owners may enter with 24-hour notice or in emergencies.

Friendly, helpful host and a beautiful place to stay!

Beautifully decorated unit with every amenity— including paper towels, saran wrap, basic toiletries, etc! So comfortable for our family of 4. Excellent location right near a food market and the village bus stop. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, and included a welcome packet that made everything so easy, both with the unit and with navigating the town. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others!

Family Ski Trip

Fantastic condo for a week long ski trip for a family of five (including 2 teenagers). Having the grocery store directly across the street was incredibly helpful, and walkability to the village made dining/shopping very convenient. Melissa's communication was topnotch!

Excellent communication with the owners. Beautiful modern unit with all the conveniences you need. Note there are stairs to go into the unit as it is on the second floor. Good news is that the area is far enough away from everything to be quiet but close enough to the village and all its conveniences. Thanks Melissa!

End of Summer getaway

Property was exactly as described and well deserving of so many excellent reviews. Our family (2 adults and 2 kids under 10) enjoyed the property and proximity to the Village. We walked everywhere and didn’t have to use our car the entire trip.

Great layout and location

This townhouse was perfect for our family of four. Walking distance ( or a short free bus ride) to the gondolas for both mountains and a layout over two levels that worked really well for two adults and 2 teenagers. We would love to stay again!

Lovely two story condo

This place has it all - and is in a great location! Loved being able to walk across the street to the Marketplace! Tastefully decorated with updated bathrooms and kitchen, you will feel like you are in a 5 star resort. Beds are super comfortable. Parking is not far at all. Prompt communication with management for a check in question was greatly appreciated too. Look no further - you have found your vacation spot!

Great village condo!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. Condo is in a great location across the street from Whistler village and the free ski shuttle. Condo is clean, nicely furnished and well-stocked. Check-in was easy and there’s a nice community pool and hot tub next door.

The condo was lovely and in a great location. Decor was very nice, beds super comfortable. Lots of towels, blankets and pillows provided. The hosts were excellent and provided all the details and made the che k in easy. Highly recommend this condo and the hosts!

We rented the unit for our annual mountain bike trip to Whistler - 4 adults. It is a very nice unit on the second floor. It is an updated unit with nice appliances (E.g. washer and dryer, dishwasher). We very much appreciated the new Bamboo-brand mattresses (including the hide-a-bed). Kitchen was nicely stocked and included everything we needed. We also appreciated the secure parking garage and locked bike cages for our bikes. We had a minor issue with the access code, but the owner responded and resolved the issue immediately. We would definitely stay again - in fact, we all said we would book this place for a family visit. Overall a very positive experience!

Wonderful attention to detail, from a first aid kit to a fully stocked kitchen and everything in between. You can tell this owner took the time and cares for their property. Highly recommend. I've stayed in this building 4 other times, and this one was the best...by far.

Unbelievable comfortable stay in the heart of Whistler

We had an unbelievable time here. Myself and 5 other friends stayed here for a ski weekend and I could not have been happier. The location is only a short walk away from the gondolas, A Tim Hortons and Mcdonalds across the road. The photos do not do the place justice. There is tonnes of room. Between the 2 bathrooms, bedrooms or even the living space. Great for a chilled evening after a hard day skiing, However the best part was the host. Any time I messaged with a small annoying question they got back to me as soon as they could with a helpful friendly response. All for a really reasonable price!!!! Unbeliveable time. Could not reccommend this spot more. Thanks for having us.

Comfortable and quite nice condo

This condo is close to everything, only a 15-minutes walk from the Whistler gondola (should you have to walk) and literally across the street from the grocery and liquor store. Everything is within a walking distance from the condo. The condo itself is nice and well though of. The pictures are accurate and it was very clean. All towels and sheets were of good quality and the beds were comfortable. You will find everything that you need in the kitchen and more. The fireplace after a long day skiing was definitely a highlight for us!! The unit is located in a very quiet building and we never heard any sound at night. It was perfect to rest and be ready for the next day. The owners are very responsive and the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear.

Great stay! A bit far from the slopes but very spacious condo and comfortable beds. Shared hottub was quite crowded and too many check out steps compared to most VRBOs (e.g. starting laundry, dishwasher, emptying garbage, etc.) which should be done by cleaners for the price we were paying.

Fabulous Family Getaway

I took my mom to Whistler for the first time and wish we had booked more time at Melissa’s place. It was our first time in there and Melissa was super helpful recommending things for us to get the most out of our time there. Her place was in a great location - next to the village so were able to walk to everything we needed, but I appreciated not being right in the hustle and bustle of the village, which was quite busy. The unit was as described and more - it felt larger than the pictures showed and it was super clean. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was a particular nice amenity during the hot days. Would book again!
