1 bedroom apartment with balcony in the city of Hiroshima. Near Hondori Shopping Arcade and Peace park. 6 people can be accommodated comfortably. It has elevator and smart lock feature for guests to add safety and security. With Room wifi, TV, washing machine, iron. Kitchen is also equipped with basic cooking appliances/utensils. Separate toilet and bath. Air-conditioning provided can be heating or cooling air.



Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out.

The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.



This apartment is provided with hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay.

There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and coin parking lots in the vicinity. Near Hondori Shopping Arcade and Peace Park.



Getting Around:

15 mins via tram from Hiroshima Station to Kanayamacho Station.

3 minutes walk from nearest tram station.



Other Things to Note:

The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.
