Lovely get away

The property is in a great location. It's a short, easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was nice to come back to the relaxing pool setting at the end of the day and then watch the sunset from the balcony.

Perfect Stay in Rosemary Beach!

The property is located across the street from the ocean. Stunning views from the balcony and very clean property. We loved having the bikes to pedal around and grab food at our leisure! Everything was great and the hosts go above and beyond to check in and make sure you have a great experience! Amazing!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the area. Close access to the beach. Owner was very communicative, responsive, and very friendly. Even brought us a parting gift on our last day!

Perfection!

This is the best possible location if you’re wanting to visit Rosemary, Alys and Seaside Beaches! Everything in Rosemary and Alys is walking or biking distance and Seaside is just a short drive. The weather was cooler so we didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was great. The included bikes were a great bonus. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Hosts were great. Check in and check out were simple.

What a great time we had

My experience I must say was excellent. First of all the location is exceptional. The cleanliness and attention to details was above and beyond what one would expect and I travel quite a bit. Nothing was left to chance. It made our stay so enjoyable all around that I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you. We will be back.

Great price and location

Precious condo in a perfect location. The price was well below surrounding condos with all of the same features and amenities. Great little place for a weekend getaway in 30a!

Rosemary beach haven!

We had a great stay. Clean accomodations and great access to both Rosemary Beach and Alys beach. Fabulous restaurants and family friendly stay! We want to bring our kids back with us next time. Also, we had an issue with one of the bikes but the owner reimbursed us for a rental to use instead. Small, tidy and conveinient space!

Very nice, Great location, but lots of stairs

We enjoyed our stay and the place itself was very clean and comfortable. We were on the fourth floor and were informed less than 24 hours prior that the elevator was out. I think we would have booked something else given the option of a full refund as walking four flights 3-4 times a day was a bit much. The elevator had also be broken for 2 1/2 weeks before our arrival.

Perfect location

Cute little place with nice view of the pool and a glimpse of the Gulf water. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I loved having Alys on one side and Rosemary on the other. There are many excellent dinner and cocktail options nearby. If you are solely looking to spend all your time at the beach, this may not be the best choice as the dedicated beach area is very small and crowded (and the weather wasn’t even nice while we were there). I would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

Jorgen and Jeanene are amazing hosts! Location, attention to detail and value made our getaway amazing!!!! This place is so cute, well appointed and close to everything you would want near Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!!!! With attention to detail I mean the cute coffee bar & plush bathing towels just to name a few things. To include bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels saved us from purchasing or renting those items while we were here. We enjoyed the hot tub every day too!!! Thank you guys so much. We would love to rent from you again!!!!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We came down for the weekend and everything was absolutely amazing! The pool/hot tub, the property having bikes available- everything was 10/10. Property managers made sure to check with us to make sure we didn’t need anything- we asked for dinner recommendations and both restaurants they suggested did not disappoint. We hope to be back!!

Little wonderful place with everything you need

Balcony with ocean view, very comfortable bed, super nice host, welcome treat in the refrigerator, generous coffee bar, short distance to the beach. We can definitely recommend this vacation appartment!

Cute, Organized, Super Clean, and Amazing Hosts

The condo was cute, cozy, and above all extremely clean. Jorgen and Jeanene were amazing. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything or had questions. My husband and I felt very well taken care of. The check in as well as the check out process was smooth, and we look forward to returning soon.

Great location

Great location! My son loved the pool and the team that dropped us off in front of the beach with a short walk to get to the actual beach. Walking distance to food in Rosemary beach and Alys beach. We used the bikes for most of our sightseeing. The adult bike was a little to big for my 10 year old son so I rented him a kids bike from the Peddler down the street! Great view, clean room, kitchen utensils and cooking options available. We did not use them as we did not cook in the room since we were only there for 3 days. Great size for 2 people. Pool could have used some cleaning out quite a few leaves and debris in the pool, that did not stop by son from enjoying it! Hot tub was nice. Homeowners were very attentive and answered all of our questions and provided suggestions as needed. This was a great rental for first time visitors to this area. We will be back!!

We liked that it was a bit away from the center of commercial areas; but had easy access to all shopping and restaurants and the fun things we were looking for, like walks to the beach. It was a wonderful place to relax and accessible to our friend who lives in Panama City Beach. (the reason for our trip)
