Want to stay in the heart of Osage Beach? Sunset Retreat is a waterfront home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 people!
Located very near Backwater Jacks and Walmart, you will find the quaint home in a subdivision just like your own home town! The 4 bedrooms include a King bedroom and 3 Queen bedrooms. A double high Queen air mattress is included for those extra 2 people! Living Room has a flat screen TV and everyone can enjoy wireless internet throughout the home.
This updated kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, just bring the food!
Outside enjoy 2 levels of decks with walking down to the covered dock with a12 x 30 slips! So bring the boat AND the jet skis! Enjoy lake swimming at this home as well! There is also a fire pit by the water for your night time fun!
This home is literally minutes from lots of dining, like Wobbly Boots, Pappo's Pizza, Dominico's, Lil Rizzo's, Mama Cita's, First Watch, Bandana's, Half Sauced BBQ, Wacky Knacky Diner, Bonnie's Cafe and more! Also very close to water restaurants and bars! Shopping? Yes, please! Plenty in the area!

Pleasantly Surprised

While dwarfed by the houses on either side, this house was plenty big enough for the eight adults we had staying here. We never felt crowded and everyone enjoyed the house.

Great house, Great location, not the cleanest property we stayed at.

Can’t beat the price for a 4 bedroom 3 bath in a great location. It’s hard to find a good rental that isn’t stupid expensive these days on the lake. The house did have a slightly musty smell when we first got there and it was a bit dusty, but other than that, no complaints! We had 8 adults and a toddler, and we all were extremely comfortable. Beds were comfy and air flow in the rooms was not an issue at all.

4th of July Trip

We had a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Everything about the house itself was great and suited our group just fine. We spent the majority of our time out on the decks or down on the dock. The large area on the dock was our favorite spot. We would float out on the lake or fish. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and the grill outside worked great for us too. We were very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Property was nice. BedRooms are very warm and night and there is poor circulation to the rooms.

Wouldn’t stay at this property again because of the poor air flow to bedrooms. Everyone slept poorly.

Family Vacay

The location was great. Dock was nice. Communication with property management was fabulous. I kept meaning to let them know there were some issues with cleanliness but forgot. Dishwasher needs to be descaled -- all the dishes had left over food particles when we arrived and required washing. We only brought k-cups since the description stated there was a Keurig. Once we bought and used the descaling solution it worked great. Some deep cleaning needed to be done - blinds had a lot of dust and the floors in the near the edges needed to be cleaned especially since there was no quarter round to keep dirt from piling up. But overall the house was much cleaner than many of the other properties we have stayed. I would definitely stay here again.

Right on the lake!

Great location on the lake and had its own dock for parking our boat. Easy access to and from the state campground boat ramp. More inside stairs than expected as the home is tri-level. Great view of the lake from the double sliders off the living room and dining area. Great updated kitchen with multiple small appliances and an island. Really enjoyed having a separate small refrigerator that we could keep just drinks in. Beds were comfortable but closet space was a bit limited in the queen bedrooms. One bedroom had no closet at all. King bedroom had a large walkin closet, but it was located in the bathroom / laundry area. Some previous complaints about poor air circulation were addressed by providing box fans in every bedroom.

Nice interior, enjoyed our stay. Sliding door on main bedroom difficult to open and close. Better curtains on bedroom sliding door would be nice for more privacy.

Perfect Location

This location was very good for what we were looking for. It is in a "no wake" zone on the way to Backwater Jacks. We enjoyed all of the boats idling there way to the restaurant. However, be aware that the dock is close enough to catch some of the chop coming in from the main channel. The dock is very nice and seemed to handle it very well. Everything about this property was great. Plenty of room for all, and very clean. We will be looking at this property for future stays!!

Family Vacation 2021

Our family had a great trip! Location on the lake was perfect for us! We had our Boat with us so having a boat slip/dock was ideal and the kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. Great memories were made!

Great location in "no wake" cove and right near our boat rental site!

The property was as described. Parking was good, the dock is great as are the two decks. View is wonderful and relatively new kitchen. We would use the property owner again.

Great little house that sleeps 8-10. Good value. But A/C would not cool the bedrooms good enough.

Great little house for a good value. I wish the property manager would've told us all (4) of the bedrooms wouldn't cool below 72-74 degrees so we could've brought fans. Sleeping was miserable. Not on A/C said to not set below 70 degree's as would freeze up unit. We're ok with that kind of stuff as could've adjusted and brought fans with us. Instead it made sleeping miserable. Otherwise everything else was awesome!!!!!!

Wonderful View from Deck! 100,000 Jumps off the dock!

Had a wonderful time with everything we needed right there. Kitchen was very well furnished and most everything was new or like new. We took our adult daughters and spouses and 4 grandkids ages 5-9. They loved swimming and jumping off the dock. Property manager was very helpful and answered all questions.

Such a GREAT place to stay!

Loved every minute of this place, and we absolutely loved that it was right on the lake. The dock was lovely and the lake house was so cute, cozy, clean, and family friendly! They even had a margarita machine so we made some and sipped margaritas on the dock while we fished and watched other boats and yachts float by. You can have your own boat/PWC on the dock as well! We will definitely be renting this lake house again!!!
