The primary suite features a private balcony, while the ground floor offers a second lounge and courtyard with an outdoor shower. Walk to town for cafes and shops or explore nearby wineries, beaches, and scenic trails for the perfect coastal getaway.
This spacious three-storey beachside retreat is designed for effortless coastal living, offering the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor, unwind in the secondary lounge/media room, complete with a Smart TV and direct access to a private outdoor courtyard. Step outside to enjoy the sea breeze or rinse off here after the beach with the outdoor shower. This level also features two queen bedrooms and a twin room with two single beds, along with a sleek main bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
The first floor is the heart of the home, where sunlight streams through expansive windows, illuminating the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, electric oven, family-sized dishwasher, and a spacious island benchâperfect for preparing delicious meals. Sliding doors open onto the large balcony with outdoor heaters in the winter, where you can fire up the built-in BBQ, dine alfresco, and take in the ocean views.
The top floor is a private haven, home to the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in robe, and a stylish ensuite with a walk-in shower. Start your mornings on the private balcony, sipping coffee while soaking up the stunning coastal scenery.
This home, equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, and off-street parking for two vehicles, is merely steps from the sand and a short walk to the town, making it the ideal Dunsborough escape for families and groups. Please note that all vehicles must be parked within the property boundaries at all times, and access can not be impeded for neighbouring properties.

Whether youâre here for the beach, food, wine, or outdoor adventures, this location offers the perfect base for a coastal getaway.
