This bright and upgraded condo has an ideal floor plan, perfect for a vacation. The Updated kitchen features new appliances, new cabinets, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare all of your meals! The kitchen transitions to the living room, where you and your loved ones can sit and enjoy the 50in. Smart TV with local and national channels and a variety of streaming apps. The living room seats 6 guests comfortably. This condo features a new washer and dryer, one covered parking space.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king bed, a 43-inch Smart TV with cable, a ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, and a 43-inch. TV, large walk-in closet, and views of the green belt.



OUTDOORS

The beautifully tiled patio opens to a bright green belt with the community pool and spa only 30 yards away! The patio features a 5-burner BBQ grill, a dining table for 4, and a comfortable sectional around the fire feature for the cooler nights. Catch some sun on the chaise lounges, or take refuge in the shade under the patio umbrellas. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and Clubhouse. Membership is required to use Tennis and Pickleball courts. PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

Very nice property. Next to pool and golf course. We would definetely stay here again. Only complaint was early check out. Had to pay extra to stay an hour and a half later.

Very Nice Accommodation

Enjoyed our stay. Palm Springs Resort Country Club is a very well maintained gated retirement community with a very nice golf course. The unit that we stayed in was exactly as advertised providing a very comfortable accommodation; close to the pool, nice patio facing a large grass area. Would stay there again in the future.

Nice Stay for the money

The rate was better than most for the community and the home was accurate to photos. It was very comfortable, although bathrooms were not upgraded and had low shower heads that weren’t convenient. Overall, it was a nice stay and the property management company was great with communication

Ideal property and location

This spacious and very clean home made our stay in Palm Desert everything we needed it to be. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofas, plenty of closet space, and a very large patio make this property one of our favorites. The community is quiet, walkable and safe. The heated pool is a short walk from the patio.

We were delighted by the condo and the communication with the management company, especially Ashley. Everything was inviting and clean and comfortable and Ashley communicated with us on any questions and needs that we had, which we appreciate it. We would stay here again!

Comfortable and Beautiful

Comfortable and well-furnished condo for 2 couples. Beautiful patio with lots of grass (happy to not have been on golf course that has lots of sand). Large TVs, good AC, open floor plan (although could have done without large blue chair that limits dining table seating). Overall, great place to stay.

Excellent property, beautifully maintained. Home was exceptionally stocked and clean. Our interactions with security entry and maintenance was professional, friendly and helpful. Patio, pool and Bar-B-Q were of great use. We hope to return.

Love, Love, Love

We love this property. Very clean, well equipped, great location and beautiful view from the lovely patio. Just a few steps to the pool and hot tub. The complex it's located in has a lot to offer such as golf, tennis and pickle ball. It has a nice clubhouse with a bar and restaurant with beautiful views. We will definitely rent again.

Great First Visit to Palm Desert

Condo was everything advertised. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed with all the necessities. Great access to two pools and spas and a very comfortable patio. The Palm Desert iTrip staff were very responsive and helpful in getting us for an earlier than expected check -in and an extra hour for check out.

Great location.

We spent 9 nights in this lovely condo. Very well appointed. Beautiful patio with fire table. Two pools within steps of your back door. Very quiet and relaxing. The only negative is the main master suite bed isn’t very comfortable so we changed to the second bedroom as it was better. All in all excellent otherwise.

Wonderful Getaway Location

The property is well maintained and quiet. After spending 2 weeks here, and golfing many times during this visit at the on site 18 hole golf course, I would give our entire experience a 10 out of 10. The actual unit is well maintained and the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have experienced in any past rental properties. Whichever utensil you need..... this unit has it. Plenty of towels and linen, with beds which are very comfortable. Check in and checkout procedures were simple and efficient. A REAL GEM!!!

Dissapointment is extra facilities

The only dissapointing issue was that Pickleball, tennis and any other activity was for members only. No clubhouse for any fitness.

The small fee supports efforts by the Tennis and Pickleball club to delivery clean and new facilities. It also offers the ability for guests to jump in a pick up game. True Vacation

Excellent clean property. We had a small hickup with water and ice dispenser on the refrdigerator but was quickly sorted our and were given an ice bag in the interim. Super prompt and courteous service. Would defenitely recommend for families.

Great Spot

Only reason I cannot give an overall 5 is due to the bed in the master bedroom. Needs to be changed out! Other then that, GREAT!!!!!!

Great Condo

We spent 5 days at this condo in La Quinta. The patio faces a green belt with 2 pools / spas. It is nicely furnished and was spotless. The beds are very comfy. The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need. We ended up playing a round of golf at the local course which is very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
