The bed didn’t have the legs on it so I had to put them on. There was no hot water for the evening showers, it was ice cold. Everything else was great!

Our Ideal Spring Break

This condo is amazing. The floor to ceiling windows, separate spaces to spread out a couple of kids, and location to amenities will have us coming back. We love the TOPS’L area. The beach access cannot be beat. The home is updated, immaculate and feels like a true getaway. The sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool are an added perk. Parking accessible, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, and perfectly far away from Destin’s chaos but close enough to dabble in that scene.

We loved the condo, its location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was perfectly suited for two couples. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Views and Beach Access

Not only was this unit beautiful, it was also fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing! Incredible views from everywhere! Such a nice resort and beach. Super easy checkin too! Definitely would stay again!

Awesome view

We loved the views from our condo and the resorts pools and poolside bar/lunch area. Condo was beautiful and well maintained. Had all the amenities we needed to cook and enjoy our stay.

Unbelievable Ocean Views

Floor to ceiling windows in both primary bedrooms, in the main living area, and not one but two balconies, equal the most unbelievable ocean views. The unit is well appointed and the grounds are just as beautifully kept. You won’t be disappointed, and yes we will be back to Pelican’s Perch.

Very Nice

Property was as described - extraordinarily convenient to the pool and beach. Unit is updated, clean, and in my opinion in the most prime location of the resort. Property manager made arrival and stay welcoming. Would stay again.

For the bad, couch, chairs, and ocean side bed were terribly uncomfortable, that same bedroom was much warmer than rest of condo so fan was needed, ceiling fan was dusty, and couch had dingy stains due to light color. Need crab utensils for beach condo. Beach rental, not the condos fault, was also challenging. They told us they sold out yet we could stand in line each day and rent. For the good, view was great, location was good. Ice machine was great add. I have been staying at Topsl for several years and some of the changes were discouraging. This condo thankfully came with bracelet for pool and amenities but we had family in other condos that didn’t which was disappointing. Good from the beach side cafe was great and convenient. Great view of the fireworks on Tuesday.

The couch and chairs both, are from a high-end company, and we are surprised to hear that you found them uncomfortable. We understand that comfort is personal preference and are sorry to hear that the furniture here is not what you prefer. We also appreciate your note on the crab utensils and will consider adding them for future stays. We're sorry to hear about the challenges with beach rentals and acknowledge the changes at Topsl.
