Across the street from the Nordic Trail system. Dogs Allowed! Very clean and updated condo.

Great Location

The rental staff and cleaners were amazing and very responsive. Great location to ski in out and walking distance to the skating rink. Very quiet, close walk to parking garage. Comfortable beds but the second bedroom is a bed that splits into two single beds, it does the trick.

Great Stay, Great Ski

The Condo is just off Orient Chair, and an easy ski in/out. Nice Hot Tub on the deck. Clean. I skied for 8 days and walked into the Village every evening via the nice trails Sun Peaks has throughout the area. Also a fairly quiet area, so not a lot of late night partying.

Great location and fun with our dogs!

The ski in/ski out location was fabulous. Amenities of place were good, and comfortable. Hot tub was great after our days of skiing. Underground heated parking a bonus. Walk to village on snow lit path was magical every night to village for some wonderful dinners. Thanks for sharing your place.

Spartan

The supplies were spartan. Owners don't seem to care about conveniences for guests like washing machine liquid, shampoo, cooking stuff. Hot tub needs repairs for jets and lights. TV was no larger than my ipad! TV's are inexpensive nowadays, how about an upgrade. Not what we expected for $3,000.

Great stay!

the apartment is cozy and well distributed. The location is very good, right beside the golf course. The only negative point is that the garbage management was neither mentioned in the post nor it was picked up by the rental management.

Wonderful stay

Our family of 4 plus dog had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean, well stock and was truly ski in/ski out. Communication was easy and the check-in instructions were very clear. We hope to return again.

Ski Getaway

Perfect ski in ski out location - 1 minute from ski run - at beautiful Sun Peaks. James was incredibly responsive when needed. The 2 bedroom one bath open concept unit is cozy and comfy and perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked in every night due to the fact we brought our dog. Dog was able to get out at bottom of Orient and Morrissey chairlifts for run and play at end of every day and could easily access small forested area between run and building. Private hot tub on deck was fabulous. would definitely stay here again.

Would Return - Highly Recommend

Great property in a wonderful location. Nice and quiet, 10 minute walk to all the action in the village. Everything we needed was in this place and it was more than comfortable.

great ski-in/ski-out stay

went on family ski vacation in March 2022. The place is a true ski-in / ski-out location with access to Morrisey and Orient lifts. place was spotless when we arrived. hot tub is well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need to cook; even elaborate meals at the end of the day. Heated underground parking is a bonus. James was quick to answer any remaining questions. Would stay again.

Great location for downhill and cross-country

This place is in a great location on the mountain for access to skiing. It's super easy to ski-out to the Orient or Morrisey lifts, and ski-in from the Orient or Sundance lifts (you can ski to within feet of the door). It's also very close to the Nordic centre with a short walk so it's great for cross-country skiing as well. The unit itself was quite comfortably and well-equipped. It was a good size for 4 adults, though the second bedroom was a little on the tight side for 2 sleeping in there with the pull-out portion of the bed. The heated underground parking was nice, as was the ski locker just outside the door. The hot tub and gas fireplace were also very nice to have. The only thing we felt was missing was some sort of bench in the entryway to change gear, but other than that it had everything we wanted. James was easy to deal with and very responsive. Overall we're very happy with our stay!

Fantastic ski vacation!!!

This place was sooooo perfect for our family trip to Sun Peaks. First and best is it is truly ski in ski out as we could ski right up to the door of the unit. Other than a few grocery shopping trips and 1 trip into Kamloops, we spent all of our time going from our PJs, to our ski gear, to our swim suits and back to our PJs. Because it was so convenient, we skied back to the unit every day for lunch, and if our kids were done for the day, they stayed in chilling out while my spouse and I headed out for some more hardcore runs! Another extremely convenient thing is that the parking spot for our car is right down the steps from the unit, making it an easy load and unload. Having our own private hot tub was also a huge plus as well and was the favorite part of the trip for our kids. James is an awesome host and everything went so smoothly it was the perfect vacation. We definitely recommend staying here and we will look to book again when we plan our next trip to Sun Peaks. Thanks James for sharing your place with us and making our ski trip to Sun Peaks a fantastic one!

We are a family of 3 plus a dog. We loved our stay and our privacy. There is a small forested area right behind the building where we could take the dog. It is amazing ski in and ski out from the same place. We will be back!

Prefect ski in/out

The property is close to the Nordic center. Snowshoe trails are 500m away. Ski in/out - ski to door, ski out walk 50m. Place was clean and well equipped. Underground heated parking is nice. Quiet area. James is very responsive to requests. I highly recommend staying here

The property had everything that we needed for our six night stay. Full kitchen and in suite laundry was nice for a week stay. Private hot tub on the balcony was the icing on the cake. Everything was clean and in great condition.
