In the award winning complex of Acacia Place, the apartment in the Eden building is stylish and filled with natural light and all the comforts of home. It is modern and only 3.3 kms from the Melbourne CBD, right on the Yarra River you can catch the tram directly from the front of the building. Victoria Gardens shopping centre and cinema is directly across the road so you can walk to do shopping and go to the cinema.

The Space:
The apartment is just a few steps down to the Yarra River where you can run, walk or cycle through the city onto Port Melbourne or in the opposite direction to Studley Park. You can sit and relax by the river and listen to the Kookaburra's, parrots, magpies and bell birds

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is friendly and relaxed. Everyone staying in the complex always say "hello".

Getting Around:
Right outside the front of the complex is tram stop 25. You can go into the city and onto Port Melbourne and in the other direction to Box Hill and Box Hill Central Market. You can also book a "Go Get" car if you want to hire it for 1 hour or 10 days+. This is ideal if you want to go to the Great Ocean Road or see the penguins at Phillip island without booking a car for all of your holiday.
