The Lake Powell Bullfrog House by Mountain Vacation Lodging is an oasis in the desert, one of the best lodging options in the entire area. This home has been carefully renovated and updated throughout. Its location offers you direct access to ATV / OHV trails. Load up and ride right from the home. Lake Powell is only 13 easy highway miles from the home Fishing, boating, swimming, canyoneering, hiking, whatever you're up to, this home provides you with a good quality and comfortable place to call home at the end of the day, or on days off. Please read on for more details.
The Property:
The living room, dining room, and kitchen combine into one very big space that has a functional layout. The living room in particular is very large, with a full size sleeper sofa, a loveseat size sleeper sofa, and plenty of space to use them both. Large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a big HDTV make this an inviting place to relax. The dining room seats 6, with two bar seats at the kitchen peninsula. Tongue and groove wood ceilings extend throughout this half of the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for preparing meals and has a pantry with lots of storage.
The master bedroom is also very large, with vaulted ceilings that make it feel even larger. This bedroom has a Queen bed, a Twin Murphy bed, a private bathroom, and direct access to the covered deck This room can accommodate 3 people without feeling too cramped. The bathroom includes a good sized vanity, lots of counter space, and a shower big enough for 2. The covered deck is pretty large, with seating for 6, a gas grill, and great views of the desert and mountains to the north.
The second bedroom has a Full bed and a 2 Twin bunk bed. It is a little smaller than the master bedroom, but it also has vaulted ceilings to help make it feel bigger than it is, and to help create plenty of head room above that top bunk. The bathroom for this bedroom is across the hall. It includes another large vanity but has a bathtub/shower combo, perfect for those with little kids or just those who prefer to soak instead of shower.
The Lake Powell Bullfrog Home also features a laundry room, a covered carport for shady parking, an outdoor firepit, multiple entrances, and a very strong AC system to cool the house down quickly, and keep it cool even on the hottest of days.

Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended.
