Norfolk street is nestled in Old Dunsborough where gardens and trees provide a calming retreat. The property backs onto a small winter creek and just a street away from the old golf course where kangaroos graze every morning. Possums in the trees and birdsong to keep you company.
Open plan living with high ceilings, air conditioning and a cozy wood burner for winter evenings and off street parking. Dunsborough town can be buzzing, but you would never know it in this quiet and private location.
Only a short drive or walk to the town centre, beaches, wineries and cafes it is a convenient and relaxing place to stay. We are also pet friendly, the verandah is secured.
Wifi is available free of charge. This property is strictly no smoking.
Wonderful place to escape and relax!Beautiful views from the balcony, cozy and tidy house. Had friendly visitors including birds and kangaroos visit daily.Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away.
It's an older style home so a bit dated but with a welcoming feel. It's clean and has everything you need. Our family of four (two adult children) and our dog had a fabulous time. The deck/balcony area is unique and peaceful, great for your morning cuppa and evening drinks. Handy location to all the nearby beaches and scenic spots. We were very happy and have already told friends about it and hopefully will get back there soon.
Overall happy, however a couple of things I missed when booking my stay. I never realized it was a unit/villa, and it had no yard? Bit more of a challenge when it was deemed pet friendly, and we had a dog. Second thing was no linen, definitely wouldn't have booked this place had I realized these two things. Sorry. Mostly everything else was ok.

This property is perfectly situated not far from Dunsborough centre and is a great place to use as your base while exploring the area.
It is an older property and can have a musty smell but that soon goes once you air the place out. The cleaner may need to be a little more thorough but again, for the price this is a great place to stay. Thanks
Lovely clean stay in great part of Dunsborough.
Ideal location. Close to everything.
Enjoyed it immensely.
Could use wi fi though.
But loved it, thanks.
Our stay was very enjoyable with beautiful beaches and the Margaret River region right on our doorstep. We would have liked to have wood chopped for cold evenings as the three of us were older women and the idea of swinging an axe was a bit intimidating. đHowever, there was a heater that helped heaps. The house was very very clean, but there were a few spider webs hanging from the ceilings. Apart from our two minor issues, it was a lovely and comfortable stay with beautiful scenery and lots of lovely places to visit . Thank you for hosting us.
We had a most pleasant and enjoyable weekend at 55 Norfolk street in Dunsborough. The house is spacious and comfortable. I would like to mention that the two back bedrooms have a very strong unpleasant odour and as we had no need of them we closed the doors. It may be pet urine or some such but I thought Iâd bring it to your notice as you may like to investigate. Other than that it was great. Thank you so much. Dee.
Nice location in old Dunsborough. An easy ride to the bike tracks and trails. Great little house, had all we needed including cosy fire and firewood! Thanks Katie
