Just one mile from Sunriver Village and the SHARC aquatic center, this elegant, versatile condo promises a restful and serene stay in Central Oregon. With views across an extensive shared lawn to meadows, trees and mountains, you and your guests can enjoy peaceful high-plateau sunsets as you wind down a day of adventure. The home’s beautiful interior boasts wood-lined, vaulted ceilings, a stacked-rock wood fireplace, slate flooring, and plush, contemporary furnishings. Gorgeous updates to the kitchen and baths will infuse your stay with luxury. The wood fire and a large flat-screen TV/Blu-ray DVD will invite everyone to gather in the living room, with its wide windows and view to the meadow. A separate dining room and kitchen have lots of light, thanks to the enclosed deck perfect for sun-worshippers. The granite counters, stainless appliances, and pretty pine cabinetry make the fully equipped galley kitchen a wonderful place to work; a breakfast bar invites your guests to help out. A main-level queen bedroom and one with two twins share a hallway bath with a spacious walk-in shower, and a handy washer/dryer is right across the hall. Upstairs, a loft-style king bedroom has its own TV and private bath. A bike path right out the door makes it easy to get to the myriad activities offered in Sunriver: golf, dining, horse-back riding, tennis, river sports, shopping, and the indoor/outdoor water fun of SHARC are all within a mile of your home. Skiing at Mt. Bachelor is a half hour away. This is a great value way to stay at Sun River. The location is excellent. The house was immaculate, clean and very well equipped. Definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful place to relax or be active
Our vacation rental was exceptionally nice and the view from the deck was beautiful and relaxing. Sunriver is a wonderful vacation spot with so much to do for all ages.

Love this place!
My family stayed here for a concert in Redmond, we had the best time! The house is much better than the pics show, the outdoor patio has amazing furniture & the place was clean & fully stocked with everything we needed! Great location, comfy beds 5 out of 5! Thank you for letting us stay here!

Great place.
It was a nice surprise at how nice unit was. Knowing Sunriver so well, we were surprised outdoor furniture was absent and no bikes at unit. But otherwise, it was a lovely stay. Side note: we had no communication with Property manager. There should be a n/a on that question.

Sunriver Girls Trip
The house is perfect, the view is great. Our first night was…. Cold. Upon arriving we asked for firewood and were told maintenance would bring some the following day or we could purchase some from the village. This wouldn’t had been an issue but we also had no heat as there had been an ongoing problem with the furnace. Not ideal for the middle of winter. Maintenance ended up bringing space heaters around 11pm and we were stocked with firewood for the rest of our stay and able to keep the house comfortable. We ended up having a wonderful girls trip!

Broken front room blinds
The condo was clean, but the the front room blinds were broken so we couldn't see outside our entire stay. Very disappointing as the beauty of Bend is the best thing about going there.

Clean, cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway
This home was so cozy! We loved the layout, updated cabin feel and the fireplace. When we arrived there was only one piece of wood so we texted the property manager and they responded promptly and brought us another bundle. Super pleased that they were so quick to respond! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking dinner for a family along with utensils and bowls to cook desert after, the beds were super comfortable and the location was great right next to the walking path. We had two small children with us and were pleasantly surprised to see the closet filled with kids games, toys and books! I was so thankful we had things to keep the kiddos entertained. Highly recommend this home, we will be back!

Favorite place in sunriver
I’ve rented at least 15 homes in Sunriver. This is the best one I’ve stayed up. Great remodeled and up to date. Beds are super comfortable which is usually my biggest complaint at a rental. The views from the deck are amazing. It’s perfect. We will be back.

Good choice for family stay at Sunriver
Spacious house, plenty of room for our group of 2 adults and 2 children. Attractive location on a meadow, decks were nicely furnished. SHARC passes are a good bonus. We were not able to get the TVs to work, but the wi-fi was good.

Home worked well for our plans as a central location. The mattress on one of the single beds in the room share by two people should be changed out as it squeaks every time you move.

Great Vacation Condo
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was well appointed with beautiful finishes. It offered rest and relaxation amongst the pines and meadows. A path was easily accessed from the condo which offered a short walk or bicycle ride to Sunriver amenities such as the Marina where you can rent a canoe or kayak. The kitchen was well equipped, so we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast each day. We will be booking again!
